This place is great. I usually use the app to order, and My drink is always ready as soon as I get there or very shortly after. Friendly staff, pick up location is easy to find. I would come here everyday if I had enough money!

FAVORITE LOCATION!! I’ve been to so many Starbucks where the drinks are awful here in Cali-so I was so thankful to find this one near my work!! The coffee is always good ! Not only do they make the drinks good but the service is incredible too. Always fast. Always friendly! Special shout out to Alyla spelling?! she is always patient and super friendly. Remembers my name and truly goes above and beyond! I would also like to shout out to SAM! Thanks for always being so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly!! And thank you ESTELA !! I love creating different drinks and she is so fun and helpful in this area. I appreciate you girl. Very lovely people that work here. Truly. Also really special that they both remember my name and usual order !! Thanks team !!

Love this Starbucks. Location has a small town feel with a lot of big windows. The place is not crowded and it’s clean. It has four restrooms! The staff is very friendly The WiFi is sometimes very slow though.

if you come to cupertino you have to visit this coffee shop, it has a friendly service, and very clean we went to buy a breakfast and coffee. ample parking.

Sorry to write this review, but the store experience is disappointing. I found both toilet paper and hand paper towel were empty for awhile and I told one employee to refill, they didn't. About 30 mins later, I went to the restroom, still no refill, also there was no hand paper-towel in the hand wash area. Again, I suggest another employee a girl to have it refilled and she said," I'm afraid some customers are stealing our paper towels coz we refiled them twice." On hearing her concern, I gave her a piece of advice, "Get a surveillance camera. " Then I stayed there for another 40 mins, NONE of them made a move from the cashier area to refill. Are these employees a bit of passive to do their job, I mean that is part of their work, right? For the 3rd time, I went up to nicely remind them of this issue, whew! someone finally had it taken care of. Thnx Matthew! btw, if any business who worry about their public utilities like hand towels being stolen, feel free to go green, using hand-dyers.

I ordered Venti Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino. There is no salted! no caramel! : Waste my money! And I wait for 25 minuets!!!! Waste my time! Terrible experience!!!

This Starbucks environment is worse than other Starbucks. The ground is not clean. The glass is also not clean. Employees do not have regular cleaning actions.
