Staff is always welcoming and polite. My order is always correct and served swiftly. The store is clean and organized. My only grievances are: the restroom is external to the store and the hours are severely limited.
Am I asking too much to expect a full cup of coffee when I order a cup of coffee? I'm already paying over $5, the least you could do is provide me with a full cup. Never have I ever had a coffee shop serve me a partial cup of coffee. I ordered a venti because I need a darn venti sized coffee today!!

We had the BEST experience today at this location! The people were very helpful and so wonderful to my 3 year old son. They asked him what taste/color he wanted for his smoothie and even gave him a cake pop. They made our New Year's Eve off to a GREAT start! Thank you for the amazing service!
First-class group of employees. They treat their regulars amazing, and do a wonderful job handling the constant deluge of customers they get, even when they get burst of customers from events around the city. Sometimes it does take 15-20 to get a drink, but that is when they are literally processing about 50 people's orders at once. The employees have always been courteous and I would absolutely recommend this location.
Great location. Great customer service. Great drinks. All staff members makes sure u have a great experience and satisfied with your drink. Marisa and can’t remember the other girls name. But they get to know you by name and show interest in you every time you come in. It’s people like this that makes you keep coming back to this location.
Very nice location. Updated decor - kind of odd layout, but very clean with extremely nice staff. In the morning that means a lot. No yelling drink orders and such. Even with early morning lines, they move things along nicely.
The service here is wonderful. No matter how busy they are, you will be greeted with a warm smile. I frequent this establishment daily because they deserve my business. There are 3 other coffee shops within a block of my work but I never go anywhere else because of the customer service I receive here.
Ordered 10 minutes before I got there. Said my order was done but she hadn't even started making it. Stood there for another 10 minutes while she took her sweet time making drinks and kept stopping to flirt up a storm with some guy at the counter and telling him his beard looks more douchey than normal. Never seen this girl before but her hair was magenta. Between the flirting and not doing her job and cussing up a storm I lost a lot of respect for this store. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a drink when you aren't even busy. Usually this store is on their A-game.
Unfortunately there have been times I went to another starbuck's and they made my drink wrong. I have called this store since it is the closest to me to just express my issue and because these drinks aren't cheap. Bridget the store manager is so very sweet and helpful each time. All the girls here are hard workers and super nice. 5 stars all day everyday.
