Coffee was piping HOT in spite of my requesting 2x , kid temp please; the employee working drive thru was rude, no acknowledgment or gratitude, I definitely am not thrilled with the poor customer experience as well as quality of my coffee from this particular location & employee. Thankfully that’s not been my overall experience with many different locations all across the country. Still no excuse for expecting nothing short of 5* when you’re paying Starbucks prices.. just saying

This is the third time in these past few months that I’ve arrived here in the morning before work between 5:30 and 6 and no one is here. Each time I sat at the window for a few minutes and then realized no one was even there yet. Blah. Your listing says you open at 5:30Service: 1/5
Staff is good but management is terrible. They treat their workers horribly here. Plenty of local coffee shops to patronize instead of this place.
This location is closed on random days, not sure if there’s no workers to cover or what but very inconvenient and tired of the inconsistency. Have been frequenting the Ziggi’s coffee that’s down the block more nowFood: 3/5
Tried to order the same thing as the day before and this us what I got. It didn't taste the same I got attitude during asking for the 8 pumps of vanilla and Carmel. As u can see they didn't give what I asked for. I called and complain and immediately got told by Jay the manager that they keep remaking this drink and they aren't going to remake it after this one. I never have asked for this drink to be remade because yesterday was the first time ordering this from this location as well as trying it. Even if I have came before to have a drink made its because it wasn't made right! If I'm spending my money on coffee that is expensive I expect it to taste how I asked it to be made and if not I will call to be complaining! Who like to drink coffee that doesn't taste good? This location has been nothing but problems since I've been going here and the staff is rude.
So I tried there new size which is a trendy I believe may of spell it wrong, but any ways to get more drink an didnt get a full cup ppan I ask for them to stir my coffee with extra creamer not done ! ! The drive thru is full didnt tell them to remake it because didnt want to hold up the line please workers take time an do the drinks right thank you !
There is an employee at this Starbucks name, Camden, OMG! He is absolutely amazing, he is very kind and friendly, he has great customer service skills and you can tell he loves serving others and he loves what he does. I love when I pull into their drive-through and Camden is the one taking my order. I hope the manager knows what a gem they have. He is so warm, friendly and personable and you get same friendly smile every time. Please give this guy a promotion and a big raise. He deserves it! He is absolutely amazing and can certainly train others how to serve customers the right way. He is a truly awesome and a true representation of Starbucks and the MVP. Camden You Rock!!! As others have said, drinks are inconsistent day to day. Shift Lead Jess was unwilling to follow Starbucks' policy of "making it right." She offered to remake my drink but prefaced it would come out the exact same. So, not solving my problem, wasting my time, using more ingredients than would've been used to make the drink as usual, and bogging up the line for other customers. As a customer, I dont know the recipe and dimensions of drinks. A better solution would've been to tell me how to order my drink the right way so as to avoid the problem in the future. I've asked before and was told to order it the way I do. Unfortunately, she felt it wasn't accurate but did not offer an alternative. I left having paid for a drink that was unsatisfactory and spending more time there than I'd planned to. This makes going there tricky as the General Manager is the epitome of Customer Service. It's a 50/50 chance you'll enjoy your morning coffee.
Great customer service, greeted once pulled up to the window. Alex was very friendly and got our order correct and did it with a smile.Food: 5/5
