Starbucks

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks but today was uncalled for. The dude that was making drinks about 45 mins ago was super rude to not only me but my family as well. I asked for a strawberry asai no water sub mango dragon fruit base. He made the whole drink mango dragon fruit base so I kindly asked him to remake it the right way which he then got really angry at me. He proceeded to give me my drink which was a Trenta a little more than halfway full so I had to ask him to fill it up more then he only put strawberry asai i assume he gave me it that way because I asked him to remake my drink the correct way & that’s what angered him in the first place. When I exited the store I realized there was green all around my lid as well. Oh and he also made my sisters drink the wrong way too but she didn’t ask him to remake it in fear he would get even angrier and she didn’t want the situation to escalate. He was super unprofessional and what he did to me was uncalled for. I work in the service industry as well and that’s no way to treat a customer. Especially when the mistake made was his fault. I’m more upset that my sister was scared to ask him to fix her drink it’s definitely NOT OKAY. He shouldn’t be working in a place where communication with customers is involved considering he acted that way with me & screwed up our drinks on purpose. Overall my experience was horrible at this Starbucks location wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I love this Starbucks My daily go to They really do work hard, it seems to be CONSTANTLY BUSY. And if something is wrong. They make it right. Good Starbucks to stop at for sure. Wheelchair accessibility: Has Handicapped parking that is Van/WheelChair accessible.

Clean store with a high amount of "to-go" foot traffic, but still not terribly loud. I've always had really friendly service when I've been in.Service: 5/5

Not happy with your new policy of locking the restroom doors. I'm sure it is to keep the "wrong" people from using it. I was given a code and it did not work. The baristas were busy making drinks. So, I just had to hold it. I will not be back until this is changed.

So it was my birthday and I went in for my free drink. I had never been to this location before. Well, the service was wonderful. It ended up that I think every staff member wished me happy birthday. Even on the way out I was called by name and told to have a great day. Excellent experience.

Came with my wife and son this morning. One of the girl’s who was making coffee came behind the counter to pad the dog next to bagel warmer machine and once she was done she went back and didn’t wash the hand. My family was still there 10 after this incident and yet she still didn’t wash the hands. We felt so disgusted that we left. The young girl who took our order was very friendly and good customer service.

Really cool staff when I was there, nice atmosphere, even for a Starbucks.
