The most expensive Starbucks in America. I paid $5.85US for a medium cup of tea which is $8.19 CAD. With my biscotti it was a total of $12 CAD. Ughh! And they never even fill your darn cup with water. I order a medium and the cup is only half full. It water people… come in!Food: 2/5
This is the worst starbucks I have ever stopped at. I made sure to click on the right one because I have never been looked at so crazy after someone else gets my order wrong from the start. They mess up a lemonade order and when I tried to get it fixed, they looked at me like I was the crazy one. All 3 workers acted like they had never heard of the word “lemonade”. I was asked to repeat more than 5 times. I wondered if they were sharing the same brain cell… My drink also had a hair stuck between the cup and lid. They aren’t able to scan your app either. The absolute worst experience.
I often order coffee from here and it is always the same thing. Five people behind the counter and only two actually working. When I order off the App it takes over 10 minutes for a black coffee. When you try to get someone's attention it seems as though they are purposely ignoring you so they can talk to each other and dance.Food: 3/5

I come here pretty often as an airport employee and today, they did a good job. Both my drink order and the breakfast sandwich came out after a reasonable waiting time. This location is always extremely busy so keep it in mind that sometimes your experience can be frustrating.
My visit the morning of 12/5/2022 was a pleasant one. This is a very busy location in the C terminal with a long line to order, but the team had a good system in-place to process customers through swiftly. Each person was set to one responsibility, they were polite and carried good mannerisms, and the food and coffee I ordered was hot and tasted great! Only recommendation is the low level of cleanliness in the dining area. And fair warning—it’s $7.50 for a grande, specialty latte .
Service is lacking extremely. They don’t have anything at 5am which is crazy to me. I literally threw my drink away because it wasn’t made poorly. And I spent $20 on a venti coffee and impossible sandwich.Food: 3/5
The staff at the counter would not take order to add 3 packets raw sugar in my latte saying that's not a valid order. I had to call manager to get that added. They argued with me that it's not possible
My elderly mother ordered a coffee and went back to our gate. There was something off about the coffee so she called to let them know so they would make a new pot and not sell it to other customers. Percy brought my mother a brand new coffee to the gate. Great customer service!
Every employee there as horrible attitudes. The act as if your order is an item inconvenience to them. I just ordered a regular coffee with oat milk the way they acted you would think I ordered something complicated! Horrible costumer service. I should have kept walking and went to Dunkin’
