Starbucks

That coffee was delicious you can zoom in to see what i ordered but anyway it was a honey almond milk cold brew with whip cream, mocha swirl, mocha drizzle, sweet cold foam, sugar, coconut milk, and maybe something else but like it if u think it souunds good or tastes good cuz i think it is the bomb so let me know with likes or comments.

Employee with the colored hair was extremely rude. We did an app order with NO foam and the cup was half foam. She snatches the cup without a word - no apology or anything - and proceeds to make a new one - like we were an inconvenience. When my wife asked if it had caramel sauce she replied rudely as if she had not heard. Then snarled “it only said one pump of caramel sauce on the order” and turned and walked away. There was no one else inside. They werent busy. If you hate your job and hate people do something else.

The employee that took our order was extremely rude, when we told what we wanted he just kept staring and asked to scan one product violently. I think his name was khiryy or something like that as I couldn’t read his shirt perfectly. We stayed for a while and he was doing the same with every client.

The employee who was taking my order was very rude and used offensive language during the 1 min interaction with me. I was just politely asking if I can get a hot tea, and he responded impatiently with a couple of variety of tea types with an attitude already. I was not familiar w the tea types and asked if he could repeat that. He said it again. I still didn’t get it so I said “the first one”, and he responded with a frown: is that a question or statement. I was shocked by the response. And he mumbled using the F word. This happened in the morning of 8/25. He was wearing a pair of glasses and black shirt. Hopefully management can address the issue.

Perhaps staff was new but they did not know the proper recepies for some of their drinks especially teas and cold drinks. They were also out of some regular baked goods as well.Food: 2/5

Staff is friendly, but the service is inconsistent. I can some times get a perfect drink, and some times get 2/3 of a drink that I ordered, especially if it's a more expensive item like a caramel mochiato or a pumpkin spice latte. Just watch out and make sure you are getting what you paid for.

I cant Imagine my day without a Starbucks Coffee. I was visiting this store from past 3 months. I always had a Great service by the staff here. But Recently i dont know what changed. The lady who prepares the coffee is Screwing up the flavor of my coffee from past 3 days. Today it was still horrible. I asked for a Venti White Mocha without whip cream and with added espresso and extra hot which is a regualr order of mine form past 3 months. Inspite of clearly written on the cup She added whip cream luckily which i noticed and tried to inform her and she was not even ready to listen what i was requesting. The other staff member who was next to her observed this and she tried addressing my request and you know what surprisingly she dint allow the lady to do the correction. She grabbed the cup with a force from other lady, removed the whip cream and in order to fill the cup she filled it up with COLD Milk which was terrifying. I never ever experienced this kind of service from Starbucks. I took the pain for 3 days and i couldn't take it any longer so writing this up. Hope the manager of the store looks into this so that at least the upcoming customers will not have the same experience that i had.

The cashier was very unrespectfull and violent, we saw him doing the same with other costumers, very racist his behavior His name is “kHIRYY”

My favorite Starbucks. Thanks to guys that work there, they make this place amazing.
