Placed a mobile order, coffee was ready fast but when I got there I saw another mobile order with the same name, but different food. Turns out the other person took my food by mistake, so they remade my sandwich… but gave me the wrong sandwich. I had been waiting 20 minutes at this point so I was ready to leave, didn’t realize there was no bacon on my breakfast sandwich. So now I paid $4.75 for a bacon, egg, and gouda sandwich, with no bacon. Coffee was good but sheesh, I paid too much money for a tiny breakfast sandwich only to be missing the bacon. Order was placed at 9:14, I ended up leaving at 9:40 — a waste of my time.
I think I have come to THE SLOWEST OR BUSIEST Starbucks so far in town! I ordered online to hopefully help with speed but from stopping at speaker and mentioning online order to when I got order was at least 15-20 minutes wait time. People seemed ok but young man gave me my drink without extra ice that I ordered and asked if they were low on ice since there extra in drink. He said " no there wasn't" while thanking him. I never fail to give a tip but the food and drink were okay. If u go here, prepare for a WAIT!!
The people here were really nice, had great vibes, and they got my order out fast! My only critique is that I wish the store had more sound dampening as it was a bit echoey, but that's not anything against the employees or coffee lol. this is still a great spot to chill and study, so I'd suggest bringing headphones!
Does not disappoint, even when it is busy they get the orders fairly fast enough and with courtesy. I do large orders for companies and small personal orders and this is my go to place for them.
If you can go to another SB... do so. I literally watched the barristas make 7 orders incorrectly...7...SEVEN.... My order was a Frappuccino a breakfast sandwich and a refresher. They made the refresher...then didn't make the remainder of the order. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked and they said its coming. After another 7 minutes, I enquired again and they finally realized they didn't make the entire order. After they realized it, the head barrista have the order to one of the others and asked them to make it. He didn't. He pulled two more orders and made those. I went and got the lead barrista again and asked him was someone going to complete the order. He said the other person was and went back over to the other guy. Well, he finally stopped and did the order they messed up... mind you, it's 40 minutes now. Once he completes the order, he's walking over to give it to me, I reach out my hands to take it, he then slams everything on the counter and walks off. I had several people come over and say they saw that and I was being super patient. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
Wish I could give them zero stars! I was in the phone with my mom when she went there to get me two grande hot chocolate with caramel drizzle! I was on the phone with her the whole time to make sure they added the caramel. When she got to the window the guy handed her two drinks which were some kind of latte on ice and some lollipops. When my mom asked him what is this he said your order she said no it’s not I ordered a hot chocolate with caramel drizzle when she try to hand it back he said no keep that I can’t take it back. My mom said no I don’t want this or want it in my car can I please have what I ordered. He asked what was her order and once she repeated it he came back with a hot chocolate no whip cream and you couldn’t see the drizzle added either. She told him this is wrong he said well what do you want she told him the order she paid for and want it done right. He told my mom to calm down and not to tell which she wasn’t he was just being rude and not listening. When he handed her the new order no whip cream or caramel drizzle In one and the other wasn’t hot. My mom then again said one was missing drizzle and whip cream the man said hold on. He came back with whip cream in a cup lol and told her please don’t come back then closes the window. The knocked for him to take back all the other peoples orders that she gave her that she did not want but they ignored her so she left it all at the window for them. Worst experience service and the hot chocolate both taste awful. Never going back to that location made me feel like they did something to my drink which is annoying cause I’m five months pregnant the school I teach at has a power outage today we was standing outside for 20 mins freezing and still no power so I was hoping for this drink to warm me up but nope! I ordered a drink with almond milk and no whipped cream because I’m really allergic to dairy. I turned back the drink because they had put whipped cream on it. Then they gave me a “new and fresh” order without the whipped cream. Halfway through my drink I started having an allergic reaction and I realized that the staff probably just whipped off the cream from the top and gave me that. I never had that problem before in Starbucks but I guess when they are busy there is no time to do things properly.
I always love visiting this Starbucks, very friendly staff plus I never have to wait long for my order. Will definitely keep visiting this Starbucks.Food: 5/5
I always order decaf because of a heart problem. I'd say about 30% of the time, they ignore the decaf and I end up miserable. The barista called me up to confirm I want decaf and no mix. I love that they took the time to acknowledge and properly address my request. The drink was one of the best I've ordered too!
This Starbucks is mediocre. When it comes to the baristas they lack creativity & overall experience when it comes to making the drinks we all know & love. Also, the employees were very rude when I asked to use the restroom... I'm 8 months pregnant and I had to pee very bad and an employee said I quote, "You're not allowed to use our bathroom anymore" so I don't know if as you can imagine I was very discouraged after having this experience at my neighborhood Starbucks that I spend a lot of money at..
