Went in to enjoy a nice sandwich with a cold drink for the day. Saw the sandwich with a nice big juicy fly. Pointed it out to the lady waiting on us and she said “ it is fine we do not serve those to the customers.” She asked us what would we like? We told her no thank you we will go ahead to a cleaner place. This is beyond me and she did not care at all about the fly. I took a picture and she went ahead with her responsibilities not worrying about removing the fly for other customers not to see or to clean.
My go to location never lets me down. I love their breakfast sandwiches and usually go for matcha lattes, but this pumpkin cream cold brew is just right for the season around the corner!
Ordered at 10:10am. Arrived at location at 10:23. Asked for refund at 11:00 when my order was still not complete. Employees were filing drive through orders but not inside orders. Only one person in the store had a drink. There were over 30 people inside waiting.
I did a mobile order and it was wrong. That happens, I didn’t care. But the person working the register was rude to me & then somehow there was a mix up in communication so the person making drinks didn’t know I was waiting or what I was waiting for. I waited a long time & not once did anyone apologize or act kindly towards me. I used to be a barista & I always made sure to be kind to customers. I know it’s busy this time of year but you don’t have to be rude.
This is normally my favorite Starbucks. Until now they have a new girl working who is incredibly rude. She can’t take orders worth much and when I asked her nicely if my coffee was iced she said no it’s hot, I said oh yea it was supposed to be iced, she literally just stood there and stared at me for a good 5 seconds and shut the window and continued to stare at me because she was so mad it had to be re made. It made me and my girlfriend unconfortable and I will never be going here again until she isn’t working here. She’s an African American woman, and no I’m not racist I am also African American.
employees were fine and friendly! the coffee bar where ready drinks were placed was dirty. one of the two bathrooms had no toilet paper and the lock on the door was broken. the other bathroom was occupied forever! i finally gave up. i stopped at this starbucks on my way somewhere. in the past i had faith that starbucks’ bathrooms would be clean and available. i was willing to pay a premium price for my coffee because of the welcoming facilities. for months now i’ve had a hard time finding a CLEAN starbucks. i’m starting to believe that starbucks is no longer the starbucks i once knew and loved.
They were super busy, but more engaged in conversation amongst themselves instead of greeting the customers. As several of us were waiting for quite some time, it would have been nice for someone to say. "Sorry for your wait and we will be with you as soon as possible". When I did get my order, I had to get someone's attention to ask a question.
This is my regular location because I work right down the street. But I’m really thinking about going out of my way to get a better daily drink. Sometimes my drinks are great. But there’s a lot of times my drinks are absolutely unexpectable. They aren’t mixed right, they are missing ingredients that I asked for or just different than normal. I get the same drink every day, and it’s always made differently and aren’t drinks supposed to be made the same if it’s the same drink? Idk I think it’s the workers that need to do their jobs better.
Don’t go here. Upper Management pettily removed cushioned, non-slip mats over a disagreement. Saw multiple workers almost fall. Proving again that Starbucks is another in the long line of sycophantic corporations who only care about their bottom line. You can get better coffee at Heine Bros, Coffee Crossing, Starlight, and Kolkin.
We sat in the drive-thru ordering window for nearly 10 minutes without being attended. There was only two cars ahead of us.Service: 2/5
