Ok, but not great. Employees standing around while orders built up and the store needing tidying; bathroom won’t close or lock, and needing cleaning. Lots of seating , indoor and out. OMG have never seen a chandelier in a Starbucks! Customer service was very good. This location is very roomy and clean.
New Orleans must be well known because of its employers. I didn't feel like a customer here. More a number. The employees didn't make any effort to know me and it looked more like I was bothering them. The store could use to maintenance like patching the floor
Barista was super sweet. I ordered ahead with the app and the receipt wasn't printing, so it took extra time. But she was very apologetic and made my coffee with extra love
It’s a great day to be at Starbucks! The employees are always very nice, friendly, patient, and helpful. The service is quick. I also like their setup, with nice tables, comfy chairs, and great lighting.

Drinks were great are normal, but the service was awful. Dee/Deidra was extremely rude to me. When I was looking at the wall of cups, I saw a sign saying some were on clearance. I saw her walk by, so I asked her what the discount on them was, and she just looks me up and down then scoffs and just says “30” and immediately walked away. Then when I went to order, she was the cashier. She rudely questioned my order multiple times asking questions is 100% ok, it was her tone that was rude, and when I went to scan my phone for payment/rewards, I thought I was first scanning for redeeming 400 stars for my cup, and then scanning again. She did not instruct what to do, and when I went to scan again, she yells “nuh uh nuh” loud enough that multiple other customers turned their heads to look. As an ex partner, I know this behavior is unacceptable.
The earlier review of this store by Grey Devereux who’s legal name is Alex Todd McKay is not credible and is the product of a smear campaign to tarnish the reputation of a competent, Black corporate partner who bent over backwards for this grifter only to fall prey to the expression “No good deed goes unpunished.” Should you further wish to learn more about the nefarious history of “Grey Devereux,” the alias of Alex Todd McKay, please see the records of United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and the Baltimore, Maryland City Court. This Starbucks location is a model store for the franchise.
Nice stop along the way if you're touring. However, customer service leaves much to be desired. I stood at the counter to order two separate times and none of the employees acknowledged I was there. One ran around the counter and stood with another woman to talk about her dog. The second time the other stood with another woman and talked to her about some tattoo and pricing. I don't mind the talking to other customers, but work while doing it. And acknowledge people walking in and standing at the counter to order.
What a disappointment! The management is the problem, here! Carlton is the GM's name. He has BIG problems brewing, as his staff seems so disheartened by his lazy, sloppy formatting? As a guest, it is obvious that in this case, someone else would be a better choice to lead. Sloppy, careless, dirty display shelves, tables & bathrooms, and, the store reflects this purposeful neglect! SAD!!!
