Disgusting they made my drink so disgusting, the matcha isn’t even mixed in properly so nasty, I love matcha when made correctly.Food: 1/5

the service from one individual "mac". Almost every time my lid smells like perfume or lotion. It leaves a horrid smell. And the fact that I want to use tap pay and she would say "I'll had you this, because I don't want to get my hand wet." She seams smug or annoyed Everytime.Food: 4/5

This is my first time coming to this Starbucks. I get Starbucks every day even on Christmas Eve and I was on this side of town wanted to order ahead to the app to bypass the line. The drink was delicious, the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was very quiet, relaxing, & has low lighting. When I got they are my drink I just gotten done being made I would come back again.

They regularly close the cafe randomly with otu any notification i order ahead often and j cant go through the drive thru as i dont have a car si i cant pick up my order when they close and dotnnhave a warning for pre-orderFood: 3/5

You folks need to hire some more help for these ladies working here. They do a great job, but they are often working solo. It must be awful to work like that, with long lines and angry people, despite working as fast as they canService: 5/5

Do not come to this Starbucks! Worst experience ever. Ordered a pink drink and waited for about 15 minutes. Come to find out they ran out but didn’t have the decency to tell us. They continued to serve other customers and look at us but not say anything. The girl with glasses went on her phone but still didn’t tell us they were out. When we ordered there was no one else there but the still couldn’t tell us? I wish I could rate them a zero. I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior.

Had a really great experience and warm greeting when I pulled up to the drive thru line this past Sunday. I love the video screen that lets you see the person while they are talking to you. Morgan was my barista and had a nice smile and seemed to genuinely care when she asked how my morning was going. This is the best Starbs location I’ve been to in Alaska. Great job to the management team!

Normally no problems. Always friendly, helpful and with tasty drinks. Today I found out they had bagels on the app to order so I checked that out...options where set to “warmed”. Eww, no. So I set it to “not warmed” and went about my business. Everything was perfect but the bagel was not only warmed but toasted and now crunchy and hard and the cream cheese I ordered was mostly liquid from being in the same bag with it. So...don’t order the bagel unless you want it ruined and everything else is great.

My pups and I love coming to this Starbucks. The staff knows us now, they're all extremely friendly, and their drinks are delicious! My pups love their pup cups too!

Let me start by saying I literally never do reviews, but customer service is a really big thing for me. So I go to Starbucks everyday next to my work on Lake Otis and Tudor and they are AMAZING! Even when they are slammed they greet you as you walk in with a smile. Tonight when I did a mobile order to pick up next to my house on 100th there was 3 or 4 workers, 2 customers in the lobby just talking and myself next to the counter for pickup . No one greeted me at all! I just stood there for 5mins and still not acknowledged until I interrupted them talking and asked for my mobile order. I was really hoping I'd be able to go to the store next to my house being it's convenient but I will definitely travel a little further away for the customer service!
