Starbucks

Flying mosquitos in the middle of Winter inside store. Blueberry muffin so old my son spit it out. Drip coffee tasted days to weeks old. Grossest Starbucks I’ve ever been to

I love that they have their own door from the outside so I can bypass the shoppers to go right to Starbucks.

I’m from illinois, so of course had to stop in at Starbucks while shopping at Fred Meyer! I was immediately greeted by two workers with smiles on their faces! I couldn’t find what my sister liked, so Alexis made me a whole new drink that she came up with off the top of her head! My sister loved it : 11/10 definitely recommend! Thanks Alexis !

Normally I don't have a lot of issues here, but today we had issues. We get home and find out the Horizon Organic milk we bought was expired... For a month. It is Nov 30 and it expired Oct 31. Tried to call and Starbucks has no number, it lists the FM call tree number, with no options for them. I chose the option for customer service with no answer.

I have not been to a Starbucks in a number of years and I made the mistake of stopping there today now I remember why I stopped going, unbelievably rude and messed up the ordered and did not want to fix it. I will not make the mistake of going here again.

Very busy store. If you're in a hurry...you probably don't want to come here. If you're shopping @ Fred Meyer its a decent place and the atmosphere is great. I've personally noticed/experienced that the employees are NOT unfriendly or rude to their customers...UNLESS you're that way with them! Most of these workers have to live off of their tips and most likely live paycheck to paycheck.

Yesterday I visited the Starbucks on Abbot Anchorage located in the Fred Meyer. It took 5 people 4 min to get my coffee. I watch them make other people coffee and the towel the used to clean the machine leaked it into somebody milk. That towel looked dirty and the girl was touching it with bare hands. Also her sweater sleeves were touching the coffee that she just make. Overall the higiene in that place is not to the standards. Is disgusting that they are using that nasty towel to clean the out of the boil milk that goes into the coffee. No hair nets or gloves.

If there was an option for a negative number of stars that's what I would give. The most terrible experience ever. There was one drink in front of ours and it took the guy 15 min to get his drink made. Then we sat there and waited and got one of our drinks. Waited 10 min..didny get the second one. So I went up and asked him if he was making it because he made 2 people's behind us their drink. He then proceeded to make 2 more drinks that were ordered after ours before he finally made the drink. Need to take a serious look at your work force there. There were a lot of missed off people there.

Don’t take Apple Pay. Weird.

This Starbucks always runs out of ingredients, doesn’t accept Apple Pay, unlike all of the other Starbucks establishments I’ve been to, and doesn’t have a great atmosphere. I suggest going somewhere else.
