Customer service terrible… every time I go in there there is 0 customer service. I ask for the same drink I do at every other Starbucks which they NEVER have here. Peach green tea lemonade. They could very easily make it but they chose to not to. When the lady hands you the drink she just slides it over. Doesn’t say a name, no have a nice day… what is wrong with this store. So impolite. The other Starbucks in the area are much more kind. This one has a laziness and rudeness to it. I’ll go to other Starbucks from now on which have manners.

Horrible customer service. First Starbucks I’ve visited that the customer service was not only terrible but the toilets dirty and management has no understanding when a 4 year old child need to potty. You claim to be inclusive! Starbucks won’t be getting my money then!

I absolutely love this Seaport location. All of the staff greet me when I come in and treat me so well. They are super friendly and awesome people to get to know. I am a regular here as I work 2 jobs in the area and they never disappoint. If you need a recommendation they always have something amazing to give a try.

Went to this location while visiting Boston last weekend. I know Boston is primarily a Dunkin town and now it's obvious why. The staff was RUDE! The cashier was wearing a mask while speaking so quietly I had to have her repeat herself three times. None of us had any idea what she said the entire time. The drink making staff was more concerned about making mobile orders that were going out 10+ mins later - I checked the labels than our stuff. Wish I could give zero stars.

The usual Starbucks experience with 2 exceptions. I stopped in to grab a quick bite and I attempted to order three different menu items and they were out of all of them. I thought that it was a bit strange. Then I tried to sit and enjoy my food and drink but the music was extremely loud. I felt like I was in a night club. Way too much for a casual quick dining location. I was alone on this occasion, however if I was with someone we would have had to literally yell over the music. I had to repeat myself twice at a higher volume when placing my order and there were only 2 other people in the location at the time so the noise was causes from the excessively loud music.

I love this Starbucks team! They are so busy all the time, but still are so great about taking care of customers and getting to know everyone. Staff are so friendly when customers walk in and are always greeting everyone so nicely. They check in with you to make sure you haven't been waiting too long for your stuff, and if you have, they usually are able to make it right there for you! You guys are amazing!!!

Go to an independent coffee shop unless you have a gift card

Love this location. Only issues is the online ordering seems to be off a lot
