Starbucks

The best Starbucks around in my opinion. They are efficient and this Starbucks always has stellar, kind, fab staff. There is parking in a large lot in front. In on pandemic times, comfortable seating inside and outside as well.

It’s been taking 15 minutes on average to get a drink. Sometimes they start to talk to each other and watch videos while people are waiting. Today it took 21 minutes to get a simple iced espresso. They had one person on bar and i was literally watching my life pass me by waiting. This really sucks because they’re the only nearby Starbucks or decent coffee shop.

Been here 3 times and got the wrong order all Three times!!! How? And the drinks are so poorly made. How is this a grande holiday drink? Never coming back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Needed to remind the team to make drinks we had ordered multiple people in the line, they cleaned the fridge while making the drinks with cleaning spray and no gloves, and gave me a burnt, half-filled latte.

Just like any other Starbucks. Convenient, fast and high quality. The store is hiding behind the parking lot and it's hard to see. But great service and good coffee. Its got wireless charging station if your phone supports it.

SUPER UNDERSTAFFED. My matcha latte was absolutely disgusting. Just milk with matcha clumps. The only barista named Nitya that I’ve seen work there is extremely rude and slow at her job. It’s fine if the service is slow, but she should at least try to be kind.

Had an issue with uber eats, called the store to explain the issue and a nice lady named Lisa helped me sort things out. Great customer service from her.

An exceptionally bad Starbucks. I have never encountered one so consistently terrible as this one. - They forget my order consistently. Have waited 15 minutes for a grande black iced coffee, staff just standing around talking. - Poorly mixed drinks. Hot drinks are tepid. Lattes are always half full. - Staff always seems past their breaking point. Have visited at all hours of the day and it’s always a wreck. Almost never open their full posted hours. If it can’t be properly staffed it shouldn’t be open

I like to think I’m a patient person but there were 3 customers and it took 15 minutes for them to even start taking my order never mind making my drink. There was no sense of urgency or apology for the wait. People were asking when their drinks would be available. It was a really quiet and slow day there is no reason I should be in there for 30 minutes
