This is BY FAR the BEST STARBUCKS IN ATLANTA! When choosing the Starbucks for my birthday drink I chose this location! Drove half across town because they always give me the best customer service! I believe her name is Linda, she has been the employee of the month, but she deserves employee of the year recognition!!!!
Great spot and exception staff. Lisa helped us and was of the best spirits!! She was funny and made us really want to come back. Drink was great, service exceptional, definite thumbs up.
Jennaysp deserves to be promoted to President of customer care. I reaaaaally wanted the biggest sweet creme cold brew one healthy American would want to conquer the work day and my girl pulled through like no one’s business.
Very friendly staff and very efficient order output. Biggest challenge is the location. Starbucks is a victim of their own success. The entrance to the drive through will create its own traffic jam on some days. Would basically require a crossing guard to alleviate the congestion.
Great service, OK drinks, not so good pastries and expensive. But fun to sit at $$$

I ordered about 10 minutes ahead of time in the app for in-store pickup, not realizing this was primarily a drive-thru location. When I arrived, I realized that the limited parking available in back was totally blocked in by the drive thru line and would be very difficult to get out of. It took me about 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru line to the point where I could park in the parallel parking spots that were more accessible. By the time I got my coffee it had been 25 minutes since I initially ordered, and of course, my iced coffee was completely melted. Total waste of time and money, which could have easily been avoided by removing the in-store pickup option in the app.
Five stars for Mason, who went above and beyond to help me out when I messed up placing my order. As a former Starbucks employee, I know this time of year can be very busy— add to that a labor shortage and I was very impressed to see not only Mason but every employee at this location wearing a genuine smile and extending great customer service. Give them a raise, Starbucks!! We know you can afford it
I don't understand how I can ask for an ice white chocolate mocha and they give me just a regular iced latte with no flavoring. I dont understand how a tomato and mozzarella sandwich has no mozzarella. Not worth the time you'll spend waiting in the line or the money you'll spend on an incorrect order.
