Starbucks

I love the Sumatra. It's ground. I can't enough of it! Yeah, maybe the brew of the day might not want you want in the long run. We have different pallets. What I love may be different from someone else. Taste test. Don't order until you find what's best for you. It may hold up others. Go aside and do your tests. Find what is your blend, straight up ground coffee. Beans that you have to have to blend to make a fresh cup or more. It's in your hands. Enjoy your experience. Drink what you like. It's a pleasure to have a great cup of coffee, whenever.

This Starbucks has a super friendly staff! The same Starbucks food quality although, as mostly all restaurants, they are having restocking issues with vendors...However, the public bathroom, which requires a code to enter is completely disgusting. I took photos, but I'm not going to post them for obvious reasons. This truly disappointed me. It has not been cleaned for DAYS. So points are lost for cleanliness.

Ordered a Venti and it was not filled all the way. See photo, I don’t have any whipped cream. No reason to be that low.

Very poor service. I always go to another location because the lack of bubbly customer service at this location. However, today I decided to grab gift cards for my staff for Christmas. It's 4:00am no one in the drive in line. This young lady decided to act as if I was not at the drive through window. We I finally asked were they open and went to the drive in box. She kept referring to me as "girl, and hun". I am over 50yrs old and don't want to be referred to as "girl or Hun." I found the young lady to be sarcastic and rude. Starbucks customer service is usually exceptional. However this young lady was not Starbucks quality. Because of this person, I will never go to Starbucks again. I have decided to get coffee elsewhere. I am so upset that customer service has become not a priority, when we clearly spend a lot of money for one cup of coffee. To the managers who run that store " if you don't have customers you don't get paid, teach them to treat customers like they want to be treated, when they spend money at your store." Please understand, our community workers spend their money for the coffee but after awhile someone will protest as to how you treat our community. I work for a well represented person, and I will push the issue if someone doesn't help your employees take a "culturally sensitive course". Everyone is not a, girl or hun.

Ordered the kiwi refresher with light ice. Got literally 6 or 7 sips out of it before it was almost out. They chocked it full of ice. For nearly 5 bucks, i should get more product. Shame on this Starbucks. I even made sure to ask for light ice and they still loaded it down. Was gonna turn around but was in a rush to be to an appointment. So I left a review instead.

Service was really good, that's the first thing that stood out to me. Everyone working was in good spirits and it carried over. As for the food and drink options. They were consisted with all the other Starbuck locations

Had a taste for a carmel machismo .so being in the area I stopped here. Upon entering i was greeted quickly with a friendly smile. My order was taken and delivered quickly! What can I say, another great starbucks experience. Thxx guys

I love this Starbucks!!!!! They are always fantastic and the orders are always right. the only issue I ever had was one cashier forgot to give me my Tuesday discount but thats ok ill get it next time

Customer service was good but when I got home I realized that my strawberry refresher had a moldy strawberry in it! Super grossed out. I live pretty far from the location so going all the way back is honestly a huge inconvenience. Very poor quality control
