Super passive, arrogant and lame service but meh, I totally dig Starbucks Soy Cold Brew, yummy and tasty and they have a pretty dope rewards scheme compared to everywhere else.
Usual Starbucks which was a bit more expensive as expected.Food: 5/5
They have the WRONG PRICES prices on the menu. SCAM! On the receipt I saw that they charged one dollar more for each sandwich. I went back and asked the server about that and he was nice, apologized and called his manager. But the manager was not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed by the ordeal, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. She wanted to reimburse me the two dollars by cancelling and charging the correct amount on my credit card. But I didn’t trust her to not mess this up, so I asked for a free drink. They wouldn’t even give me a cappuccino and gave me a mere black coffee instead. Hell of a manager that can’t even manage to post the correct prices. They trick everyone that does not check their receipt. AWFUL! The sandwiches were good though.
I saw this on another comment and thought it was a one time thing, but they charged me more than the prices said. When I told them, the only reaction was “Oh, we will check that out”, no offer to refund or anything. If you charge more than it costs, the least you can do is offer a refund. Weird and not very friendly. So guys, get your receipts and look out for the prices!
They added cinnamon to my chai latte order without asking me but Fortunately, after informing, they changed it with new one without cinnamon. The coffee latte and cheese Danish were good.Food: 3/5
We ate breakfast here several mornings while in Vegas staying at the Mirage. This Starbucks was the only location we found honoring the Veterans day special, so we were glad to keep giving them our business. :Food: 5/5

Nice Starbucks just like the others. When I visited I took a picture of this from across that Starbucks which is pretty Kool. Wheelchair accessibility: It is easy, because it is even flooring and open area.
Just want to give this Starbucks a shout out for how busy they were for all the Conferences that were happening at the Mirage when I was there in October. They were so on top of everything and the staff was so friendly even with crabby people and how slammed they were with orders.
Worst Starbucks ever. My daughter wanted to use her gift card and he ended up charging the whole balance. Totally scammed her. Worst service ever. Wouldn't give our money back. Said it would take half an hour to get a manager. This place takes advantage of teens. I'd totally avoid this Starbucks!!
