This is located on the way from the Mandalay Bay lobby to the convention center. The main entrance is wide and step-free, accommodating wheelchairs easily. Additionally, the restroom facilities are spacious and wheelchair-accessible, ensuring a comfortable experience for all visitors. I highly recommend it for wheelchair users! There is ample space for queueing up and the service was awesome. The coffee was perfectly brewed. I also bought my favorite croissants here and they packed it neatly to be taken out. All things considered, this is a great Starbucks location. We visited while there was a huge volleyball tournament happening and lines were always long. Service was quick and consistent, and our orders were always right. The staff is obviously used to large queues and modifications. I’d like to note that my 5-star service review is specifically for team member Jeffrey. We saw him each morning and he always had a great attitude. He is definitely one of the main reasons that location is doing well. Some of the other service we had there or overheard other guests having wasn’t always great but he definitely made up for it in my book. Big thanks to Jeff!
This Starbucks has two types of employees. Workers and malingerers. The workers are the person at the register and the pesos making frozen drinks. The malingerers unfortunately handled my mobile order reluctantly after I asked what was taking so long?? I’m a daily Starbucks consumer. This team lacks supervision. The poor service wasn’t a question of training. The malingerers knew their jobs, but just couldn’t be bothered to fill the mobile orders coming in. The line was lengthy and I watched many individuals place their orders and walk off while I still waited. When I finally asked, the young person with black braided hair began working on the mobile orders but was clearly pissed. No apology was offered. Just apathy. Just Bad
World-class customer service and great tasting coffee. The mobile order pickup was down while we were there ,but it wasn’t a big deal. It does get busy so mentally prepare yourself to wait in line for your tasty coffee.Food: 5/5
Great Starbucks at the Conference Hall end of Mandalay Bay Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee was up to standard. Good range of cakes, snacks etc. Cold Flow Nitro coffee on tap.
07-20-23 -Spinach Wrap $8.45– piping hot -VT Green Tea Latte $6.45– perfect temperature, with Oat milk $1.25 extra -GR Pike Place $4.95 Server: Trenton Professional, but a little distracted by the previous customer’s questions while taking my orders.
Didn’t try and redeem rewards or anything but seemed like a normal Starbucks. They were out of somethings but not what we wanted. The employees were really nice. The service was quick. The smalls were 6.25, and the Grande was 7.25. The prices seem a bit inflated.
Right located in the hotel. It is small with small seating area. So if you need a coffee this is a decent placeFood: 5/5
Customer Service is as bad as it gets. They do not care if your drink is what you expected. They move you through like cattle and charge $11 for a large weak dark roast. Despite there being nice options close by like Citizen, they act like you have no other choice. Gave a point because the store was clean.Atmosphere: 2/5
Wow! I guess I’m lost for words. Nice clean Starbucks, friendly and polite staff. Great selection of everything Starbucks typically has to offer. The reason for the two stars is down to one thing, extortion. A grande regular coffee was over double of what you pay and most Starbucks. There are a few of these locations at Mandalay Bay so it’s not like they have a monopoly market here, and the coffee beans certainly don’t cost more. Ridiculous.
