Starbucks

I love this Starbucks so much! I work right down the street so I come in almost everyday and the workers are always so nice and some of them even have my order memorized. I always look forward to going in and seeing everyone I really appreciate y’all! Always a good way to start my day

I was off to a bad start today on my way to work and stepped in to order a venti ice water and asked for lemon in it and the lovely lady that served me told me they didn't have any off hand but went to the trouble of going next door to the restaurant and asking for two wedges of lemon. Thank you for making my day with such a small gesture. Great service.

Drinks are on par with Starbucks standards, but the service sets this location apart. There was a women in front of me in line who was giving the staff a hard time about everything, slowing down service. It took them about 10 minutes to get her settled and moved on to collect her drink. Staff apologized and gave me my drink and a packaged chocolate for free. Every other time I've gone they have always been friendly.

This is Dani not Crystal but I LOVE this location! I go here for my very basic whole milk vanilla latte... I literally never change it up. Usually I get my boy's but today I had Ms. Peach and I told her I was feeling risky and to make me whatever felt cozy when I drank it and she killed it! 10/10 recommend seeing Peach to have her make you a cinnamon dolce and white chocolate latte. AMAZING. Thank you all for always putting a smile on my face :

Everyone that knows me knows that I LOVE Starbucks. The only downside to this location is lack of parking and I also can't pre-order with the Starbucks app. The staff here is usually very friendly. The coffee.......come on, all Starbucks Coffee is great! Nothing new there.

This Starbucks location is AWESOME!! Chelsea the store manager is a major asset to this branch. I have called twice from my home in Florida to order a delivery to my daughter who works a block away and the service I get is top notch. I just called again to order and Chelsea remembered me & my order! Next time I'm in MKE I'm stopping in to meet and hug Chelsea!!

They are owned by the Marriott, so they do not honor any of the rewards or promotions that are going on by Starbucks?....but I have been to other Marriott Starbucks and that has never been an issue there? I generally get a doubleshot on ice and this is the only location where nobody knows how to make it, generally I have to tell the baristas exactly what is in my drink. Their staff is always friendly and quite often gives out free drinks because they made something wrong or extra.

Kelly, the big black guy, is extremely and insanely rude. I was mid sentence with my order and he walks away from me! He goes to pour something, comes back after 45 seconds and doesn't even apologize! I told him I considered him rude and walked out! Didn't even order my drink...

Great service! Thank you to the worker who helped my family tonight. The cakes were good too.

Not for cold-brew drinking regulars. Way over priced compared to normal Starbucks, and no free gold card refills.
