Starbucks

Me and my cousin came to starbucks this morning and i asked G if she could give me any drink of her choosing. G excitedly accommodated my request and she explained her thought process behind the drink she made for me. We were really impressed by how she mixed the dark caramel in the cold foam and she was so kind and personable at the window!! Such a great experience all thanks to G!!!!!!

Starbucks is always a hectic environment. The staff at this location still somehow are cordial and courteous. I've never gotten an incorrect order. And both the drivethru and interior are always open.

Over $10 for a latte and a cookie.. then the drive thru attendant has the audacity to hand me a card reader asking for a tip. Since when do we have to tip drive thru attendants now? If I go to McDonald’s or Taco Bell, they don’t try guilting me into tipping them in the drive thru. The multi billion dollar corporation of Starbucks can’t afford to pay their employees a fair wage? Drive thru is always backed up in the morning as well. Don’t ask me to tip you when I’m picking up my food thru a drive thru. Thank you.

The staff on Rt. 33 are amazing. Every time I've been there, they are always very friendly. I would recommend going.Food: 5/5

I am not a person to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews. As a former Starbucks employee I am very disappointed. I am disappointed in the customer service and taste of my drinks. Sadly this has not been my only bad experience but one of MANY!! We all have bad days and I’ve given it so many chances only to be disappointed. I know what it feels like to be on the other side, how stressful it can be especially during busy times. I wouldn’t mind waiting as long as I know my drink will be worth it! Perhaps some re-training would be beneficial to the store and it’s employees.

I rarely get a chance to go to the Bordentown location, but I've never had a bad experience there in all the years I've been going there. Polite friendly staff at every visit!Service: 5/5

Way too expensive for subpar food and drinks. Customer service is always bad and who pays for a cup of ice and a little bit of coffee...Dunkin is such a better value.Food: 1/5

Poor customer service at drive up. I had to repeat my order 3 times and her response was you want what it was just a latte and a pastry got to the pick up window and asked me again and then tells me they don't have the pastry.I asked who took my order and she said she doesn't know.I asked what was her name she said she just got in.I asked for the manager she said she was not in. Meanwhile the other two workers were next to her just laughing. I go to this location everyday sometimes twice a day. I never experience just terrible service!!!!Need to go somewhere!!!!!

I love coffee and this drive thru is always really quick and the cashier is always pleasant. I've tried a few drinks here, always tasty. So glad they offer oat milk as an alternative, it adds a rich nuttiness

I order from here all the time. But lately the service and the drinks have been terrible. Today I ordered salted Carmel cream cold brew along with other items. The coffee was terrible and made wrong… it’s so easy to make. I brought it back and they made it even worse!!!!! So disappointed
