Just wanted to say this was the best Starbucks inside a Kroger the poor girl was so busy, it’s a busy area. We even accidentally ordered wrong and she was so understanding and remade it! This was the star service Starbucks is known for and why everybody still comes here! Thank you Nina great job girl keep it up !
Great Custumer service, delicious hot chocolate
Must have changed staff since others reviews. Very poor customer service, low energy and not enthusiasm. Very slow! Needs major staff wake up.
