Starlite Family Fun Center of McDonough

We had my daughter"s birthday party here recently. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facility is nice and clean. The only issue we had was many of the games didn't work. Overall a nice experience. We"ll be back for a fun family night!

Brought our entire family for a night out. Our kids had a blast! Laser tag, play ground , skated until we couldn’t skate any more. Then we all relaxed and ate some pizza.. Good, honest, safe place for all ages. And we loved the manager. She was very helpful!

Not a good place. Very crowded with little kids. No authority on the floor. They had a floor guard but I guess they let me go. Laser tag vests are always messed up. And don’t get me started on the food prices. I might as well go to Longhorn steak house with those prices. And the DJ talks way to much. Plus majority of the workers don’t have name tags so I don’t know who I am talking to and they are rude most of the time any way. But it is clean well all but the skate floor. 1 Star Type of place

The manager was nice enough to refund the money for our 1 year old who was charged $15. The guy at the snack counter looked over worked and stressed. He seemed so annoyed to be there ( I get it kids everywhere demanding things). Maybe some sort of rope or line at the counter could make it more effective. Half the games were out of order. My fault for not checking before I bought my son a $15 card. Waited at the ticket counter 15 minutes to finally be helped, by the assistant manager with a horrible attitude. I get it kids everywhere screaming. As much as they charge though I’d think they could have more employees or rope lines for all the counters. She gets my sons card and is like “Sorry nothing is own it.” Walks off. I’m like no we had $15 and we hit a bonus ticket (1,000) on one machine. She rolls her eyes and goes to another machine, “okay you got 11.?? Dollars on there. First time and last time. Best of luck with your staff!

I loved it at Starlite at McDonough ga location they are the best. I’m telling everyone to go there. Party packs are the best my 10 year old daughter had her party today and it was the best.
