Starr Studios Salem School of Dance

I’ve been dancing at Starr since 2019 and I absolutely love it there! All the staff are so kind and have amazing talent to share with kids of all ages. Starr is my second home and I’m always happy to be there to learn new skills , dances , and prepare for our recitals! Overall 100/10 :

Starr Studios is great. The staff and teachers are wonderful. They have a wide variety of classes and different times during the week, so it makes it easier to find a class that your child likes and that works for your schedule. My daughter really loves the classes she's taking. She's just started dance but the teachers are very patient and stop to explain moves she's not familiar with.

I’ve been at Starr Studios for about four years now, and it is seriously one of the most welcoming and loving communities I have been a part of so far. I have made such amazing friendships with the other girls and my time at Starr has been nothing but positive! Coming from multiple other studios I had never found a place to do what I love in a caring and friendly environment, and I found that place at Starr. I was instantly welcomed and treated like I had been there for years, and overall it has been so awesome and crazy! The teachers are extremely experienced and know how to teach very well, and will help you out no matter what :

My children have been attending classes at Starr Studios for nearly 8 years. Ms. Serenity is an absolute angel. Not only does she manage to stay calm, cool, and collected in the midst of what seems to me utter chaos, she helps others feel calm as well. She allows students to grow at their own pace but encourages them to take on more responsibilities when they are ready. Thank you, Serenity!!

This dance studio is one of the best. We recently became members when sadly my niece was lost in August and I became a guardian of her daughter my great niece. It was through dance that my little one found their ability to grieve for their mom . They have been wonderful giving her confidence in her body and mind. super understanding when she needs more help or cuddles when she is sad. She has made new friends who have helped her become a wonderful young lady and learn to socialize despite the Covid pandemic and the lack of socialization. In her class these girls all together have learned to become close friends and support each other in the dance studio and ballet. Also they allow them to have tester classes of other styles of dance without charging for them which has never been a thing in any other dance studio I’ve ever gone to. Simply cannot recommend them enough.

Starr Studios is, hands-down, the best dance studio! My daughter has learned and grown so much in her time at Starr Studios. The staff are all incredible. They are helpful, fun, and always happy to help no matter the circumstances! We have never felt so at home in a community!

We love this dance studio! I have a child in the toddler classes and one in the elementary age classes. The teachers are gentle with the kids and help create an atmosphere that focuses on growth and personal success. The kids learn different dance skills while having a total blast. I can’t recommend this studio enough.

I have two daughters, 5 and 3. This is their first time in a dance class. They were warmly welcomed and have been having an amazing time. They even have many different types of dance they offer, so i have a good fit for each child. I can not wait to see them continue to grow and develop as dancers.

My daughter started dancing here at age 2 - the studio has been so great. We are just past 2 years of faithfully attending classes and my daughter looks forward to going every week. Thanks for such a great ongoing experience for her.

Starr Studios has been awesome. The teachers are all great and accommodating. The best part is your kids can makeup classes, if they miss any. I like the flexibility of the schedule and the great location
