Stars and Stripes Park

Clean park with plenty for kiddos to do. Pretty much one way in and out. So I feel more safe when the little ones get out of my line of sight.

We love it here. Our dogs enjoyed it. Our kids had to play on every single jungle gym. Plenty to do for the little ones and bigger ones. We grilled and ate and walked around the path, then ended the night by going out by the flag pole. Our favorite park in the city, for sure.

Needed a meeting near our hotel, so I came here. The geese and ducks are very fond of this place and will hold up traffic often. The building in the park is secured by chain link fencing and that happens to be were the restrooms are located. I saw only one porta john and it was disgusting. I was curious if I would be able to launch a canoe from here, but probably not since the comments suggest there is no swimming here.

Good park. Nice play are for kids. Wish there was a bit more shade. Pavilion is nice for gatherings.

I love that my Mom used to bring us here, and now I bring my grand kids!! Nice, clean and have not had any issues.
