One Word, Terrible ! They don't want your business. I called so far 3 different numbers for help. No response and no follow-up for a week so far. I am amazed how they operate in same exact way they do business in India. Moving on.
We went to the bank on Nov 20 and Khairi was very helpful during the entire process. She was also very friendly. If you need any help she is a great person at SBI.
They help customers even without any scheduled appointment in this condition 19 pendamic.

Manager Shabeena Patel advised us very well about various account services and what suit us well. And she also went out of her way to help us through the Application process, and the paperwork. I strongly recommend anyone else to open accounts at SBI NYC
simple customer service issues take weeks, if not months to be resolved. Hardly ever answer the phone, and when they do, they seem bother, annoyed, or lacking care for your issue. Staff is quick to deflect responsibility for issues back to the customer.
Went to get some documents attested Khairi and Purnima were both very helpful. State Bank of India New york is very fortunate to have employees like them. Thru this feedback I want to thank them for all their help.
