State Insurance Department

The Oklahoma Department of Insurance under the guidance of Commissioner John Doak is a pure JOKE as is his office. There is no real concern for the consumer only for the insurance companies and how they fleece the consumer. One can not even email directly or correspond over the internet directly with Commissioner Doak. One has to call and get a person in the office who then has to send out a form which you fill out and have to send back. It appears the complaint is seldom addressed or even read. I completed a complaint and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. You never get to talk directly to him. But, this is the state of mind of the various Department in the State under the direction of their sorry Governor, Mary Fallin.
