Received great assistance from Christopher. He helped me out and I received the item right away. It was very clean and new. I bought a Drive Nitro Duet Rollator and Transport chair for my father. He needed it prior and post spinal surgery. It has helped a lot with his day to day movement. We added a seat cushion for extra support and comfort. : About a couple weeks after, my mother called in and Christopher helped again when we needed two Incentive Deep Breathing Exerciser. I am currently using one due to my lungs not working as well post-COVID. It's been helping a lot and stopped most of my coughing fits when I wake up.
These people are phenomenal! Flew into Vegas and forgot my mask for my CPAP! Not only did they have what I needed they stayed late to make sure I got it! 10 out of 10 if I could rate them higher I would! Thank you so much! May was WONDERFUL!
So accommodating and went above and beyond for my VIP clients. They even extended the rental no questions asked.
Helpful, but just remember absolutely no refunds or exchanges allowed. Bought a $165 lift sling, and came back the next day to ask for a refund. My elderly father could not use it at all, and had slipped out of it. Anyway a sign should be posted clearly stating policies of "no refunds or exchanges allowed..."

Such a great experience, for a last minute face mask purchase. Had my mum come into town to visit and she forgot her mask for her CPAP. Called them up and got some awesome customer service, helpful guidance when we showed up right before they closed. Thanks a bunch for all the help I really appreciate it!
If I could I would give no stars. I don't know what's worse their service or their equipment. The desk clerk was nice but the manager had a very bad attitude. They couldn't care what my concern was and then explained they had thousands of pieces of business and can't focus on one customer at a time. There are far better options in town. I don't reccomend using this company for anything.
The tattooed incompetent behind the desk wouldn't acknowledge me and finally answered after the second time i asked him if i could do a swap for my daughter that was in there that needed crutches, and wouldn't even look at me. He must be a privileged owner son and lucky he has a job. Everybody else in there was too busy sitting down talking while they had a young man in there doing all the work Terrible customer service reporting everywhere
I needed a light weight wheelchair for a relative visiting this week. I reserved online and picked up the same day! I ended up having to return the next morning to get a walker as well. I was in and out in less than 10min. Excellent service, thank you!!
I had my wheelchair arm rest tightened charged 30 dollars 2 days later they were loose again.
