Great gym, people are great and environment makes you feel really comfortable. Very professional, and room for everyone to grow mentally and physically.

This gym is amazing.
Been training here for a few weeks now, Desmond is very knowledgeable and a good guy & trainer. I’ve learned a lot and have had some great workouts so far. Would highly recommend if you are looking to learn how to box or just get in better shape. Great atmosphere as well.

Great place to learn boxing it’s amazing that kid and adults get to learn. The payment is not really a lot. The equipment over there is nice there is a boxing ring we can use. It’s amazing and you guys need to go and sign up
Old school vibe with all the essentials needed to get into solid shape. The instructors are helpful for all levels from beginners to pros and the owner is an extremely friendly down to earth guy. 10/10 recommend to anyone interested in boxing!
Dedicated professionals who have been working with my two girls and turning them into champs. Desmond, Mike and Mike are smart and know how to teach and talk to kids. I drive far just to attend this ring. This class is pretty full but not over packed with long term students. That just shows how good of a rapport has been built.
