Big fan of their clothing but horrible customer service on two occasions. Ordered a game day shirt for my brother for Christmas on November 29th 2021. Never came. No emails or notifications. Since December 25th, I have emailed them 5 times and left 2 voicemails asking for a refund and have been ghosted. In November, 2020 I placed another order for game day clothes, koozies, stickers and custom cigars. I received everything but the cigars. It took 4 emails and 2 phone calls over a two week period to receive a refund. I have been purchasing and wearing their clothing since 2016 and have spent a considerable about of money there. I won’t shop here any longer and I wouldn’t trust them to fulfill your orders.
I ordered 2 hats 6 plus weeks ago. I have called them 25 plus times and sent several emails. They sent me a text message back saying they would call me back. Still zero communication. This is fraud. They want even call me or email me back to cancel my order. Do not order from this company.
I made an order on December 5th for two shirts. I called and Jacob assured me I would have them my December 23rd. I’ve traded contacting them several times since and no luck. It’s now February 17th and I still haven’t received my order. Absolutely ridiculous. This company is so mismanaged and feeds you with nothing but lies. I can’t even get my money back from an order months ago!! I would highly recommend no one uses them!!
Placed an online order for a hat as a Christmas gift at the end of November. No communication about shipment tracking or order status by mid-December. I emailed them and was promised that it would be delivered by Christmas with no further details. I didn’t hear anything and emailed them again 2 days before Christmas. Still no response, so I sent a follow up email. Finally got an emailed response saying the hat actually wouldn’t be shipped and they gave a refund. It’s very disappointing, and it’s hard to believe a small business would do this poorly handling a customer that wants to give them business. The outright lie that it would be delivered by Christmas is infuriating— I was left without a gift for a family member at the last minute. I see from reading other reviews that I’m not the only one either. I would not recommend them at all.
I placed an order back in November for a quarter zip and still have not received it. I’ve called over 10 times, emailed several times, and sent a message on Facebook. Nothing. A few times on the phone I was assured it would be mailed but still nothing. This company is shady. I paid almost $100 for the item and yet i still don’t have it and even worse, can’t get a response! HORRIBLY RUN BUSINESS and a scam!
If I could give no stars I would!!! Ordered a Christmas gift 12/4/19, today is 12/20 STILL NO GIFT!!! I emailed, no response!! I called and the gentleman seemed friendly and helpful and was going to look into my order and get back to me...........that was two days ago!!!! NOTHING!!! I will never order from this company again!!! Communication is all I ask for!!! If it’s not going to be here by Christmas, FINE! But you must communicate with your customers if you want to survive! My credit card was also charged the day I placed my order!! No merchandise received as of 12/26/19!
It seems that several users are experiencing the same problem I am. I purchased two items back in April for my dad and one item shipped and was received and the other item said the order was processed but never shipped. I sent several emails requesting information on why this item hadn’t shipped yet with no response. Then I called and got someone on the phone who said he would look into it and get back to me. He apologized and said they were swamped due to COVID but that it wasn’t an excuse. He said he would look into it and call or email me back once he was able to track down my order. It’s been another couple of months and I still haven’t received any communications from them so I called again only to receive a busy signal with every dial. I’m all for trying to be patient since I know everything is strained right now but this is ridiculous.
I wanted to support this business so I ordered one of their t-shirts online. Once I ordered I did not receive any kind of tracking information on my order. About a week later I received an automated email my shirt was not in stock and could order another. I was in need of that specific shirt so I replied requesting a refund for my order. I have sent 3 emails and called the location and have still yet to receive a response. So no item and no refund. I have worked with several Small Businesses that sell this same type of product and was hoping for a similar experience with them. Unfortunately that was not the case I and I will not be doing business with them anymore.
Very disappointed in this company. They send emails to me all week as well as publish content, but they can not seem to get back to me on an order I purchased on 3/30/20. We were going to buy more from this company, but after many Facebook messages, Instagram messages, and many emails to their email account we have heard absolutely nothing. Their number is not a working number as well. Do not buy from this company.
Check Better Business Bureau complaints against this company before you waste your money on them! I ordered a shirt Dec 1, 2020. They haven’t delivered, haven’t refunded in spite of multiple requests, and they don’t answer the phone or return calls or emails. They also haven’t responded to my BBB complaint.
