Fantastic experience dealing with Dean and his team. The vibe in the building is really good. Everyone seemed naturally friendly and welcoming, not just trying to make a sale. The shop guy...sorry I didn't catch his name but he was really friendly and helpful in showing me around my trailer. Another genuine person. I drove 4.5 hours for my trailer and would definitely do it again for future purchases. Thank You Station Park Honda Team for a great buying experience.
We had the pleasure of purchasing our camper at Station Park Honda. Dean was very accommodating and we loved his no BS approach along with his kind personality. His tech, Heath, was amazingly thorough with the walk-through and answered all of our questions. We are newbies to the camping world and were very nervous. After talking to Heath and Dean, we are much more confident about our purchase. If you are looking to purchase a camper, we highly recommend giving them a call or stopping in.
Cannot say enough good things about Dean and his team. We remotely purchased a new Aliner trailer from them which was not only 50% cheaper than dealers in my state, but fully loaded. Dean responded to my inquiry immediately, offered a video walk around, went above and beyond to track down my check after it was misplaced by USPS, and even offered to come in when closed to give the unit to the transporter. While I hope I'm not in the market for a new RV anytime soon, I will certainly be giving them my business again regardless of what state I'm in.
They were very helpful but they did not have the bike that I wanted. They said they only receive bikes that Honda chooses for them so they have no say in what kind of bikes they get which is a bummer cause this is the only Honda motorsports dealer in town. I guess I'll have to look far & wide for my bike then.
Thank you Station Park Honda...definitely worth the drive from Norfolk VA. Dean, Heath and Emily were all amazing to deal with. Emily was awesome with communicating with me from the beginning. She patiently answered all my questions. Heath was amazing showing us every detail of the rover. Dean was great with doing paperwork and got us in and out quick...even with both of us telling a few stories....lol
After a short wait understandable because of the current situation with the supply chain I was able to buy the motorcycle I had been wanting. Dean and the rest of the staff at Station Park Honda made this the best vehicle purchase I have ever made in my life by a long shot. Dean was honest and friendly and after buying bikes from three other dealers in Louisville, I regret that I didn't find Station Park first because if I had, I would've never went anywhere else. I will be recommending them to anyone I meet who is in the market for anything that is sold at Station Park.
Top notch service! I bought my camper at another dealer last October. I brought it to Station Park Honda last week for some issues that I had since day 1. They took care of the problems and explained things to me, and Heath took the time to show me a few things that will help a novice like me. I was highly impressed with the entire staff. After spending 34 years in customer service, I feel I am a pretty good judge and will say they have won my business. Dean and Heath are a pleasure to work with!
