I was nervous about trying Stay Alfred because I had never heard of it. The location was great. The accommodations were wonderful. Check in was easy. Price was reasonable. Only criticism was we needed more soap only 1 provided for both hand and shower and the bedrooms could use some room darkening shades especially since the sun cane up at 0515. The place was super quiet. Never even saw a neighbor. I would absolutely stay at Stay Alfred again.
Had a great experience! The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops near by to explore. The hotel and room we stayed in were both very clean and nicely updated. The instructions we were given we're very easy too. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Phoenix!
My friend and I loved the security and location. The apartment was clean and perfect for us as we had our own bedroom and private bathroom. The secured parking garage was also a plus! Great places within walking distance to grab a drink and a bite to eat! #weekendgetaway
The place is clean, spacious, looks new. Rooms 2 and bathroom were big, so as the terrace. Good instructions and it's located close to downtown. It is next door to an open-air bar, which has license to operate till 12am on most of the weekdays and till 2 am on Friday and Saturday. Expect to music to be loud, especially at the bedroom on the corner of the building. Customer service is poor. Furnace is loud. Phoenix holds First Fridays of the Month which is a public event on the street and the whole neighbourhood is full of people and they party on the street. If you are young and visit the city to join the party, this is the place to stay. If you have kids and/or desire to have quiet when you need, do not bother.
This building and the rooms are quite beautiful. I really loved the decoration of the rooms and the pool was nice. Parking is a huge inconvenience in this location and we were only provided one parking spot despite renting a room with multiple beds. The TV in the room was also the tiniest TV I've seen in a long while, but I didn't need to use it.
There are so many great things so far if you are like me and enjoying going to the gym every day but you are traveling and need a good gym at your stay then come here. All brand new and have everything you need. Also it's so nice to have a full kitchen so I don't have to always leave and eat out. Great bed TV in bedroom and living space. One of my favorite places I have stayed! The only reason ii give it 4 stars is because the main entrance is kinda hard to find, there isn't a front desk to check in or anything and it's and actual apartment complex like some rooms are rented out per night but alot are full time residents. So trying to get In and get your key and figures anything out and is a pain. Make sure to check your email right before you get there! But I would and have recommended this place
I will never stay here again. I would give 0 stars if I could. The complex itself is very nice and SO cute. But it is so disgusting. I stayed in room 218 with 4 other women for a business conference. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Our feet would be completely black within minutes of getting out of the shower. We even found a receipt from October of 2017 in the living room floor 9 months prior to our stay Our A/C started leaking, which flooded half of our unit while we were asleep on our first night. Business clothes got soaked in water so we couldn’t wear them to our event. We had to store them in another room we had rented room 319 They told us they could either turn off our A/C and give us 2 portable units for the bedrooms ONLY it was 110 outside or we could get a bucket for the water to drip in. One of the girls who slept on the pullout couch started getting itchy bumps all over her feet so we went to an urgent care in Phoenix. She was diagnosed with scabies, which the Dr. said was likely picked up from infected linens, blankets, etc. Her medicine was $230 and the rest of us had to take measures too so we wouldn’t take it home. I’ve been trying to get in contact with a manager for 4 days now, nobody will call me back. I laughed when they offered me a 20% reimbursement. We paid around $1,500 for both rooms.
This was our third stay at the Linear in 4 months. We obviously love it. The location is close to our daughter at ASU’s downtown campus, it’s close to the light rail stops, great restaurants, and artistic and sports venues. The apartments are new and clean with all the amenities of home iron, ironing board, a kitchen stocked with everything but food, a pack and play for little ones, etc and the gym is well equipped and clean.
The place was very secure. and super clean. the hallways of the place always smelt clean and refreshing. the room was nice and roomy. customer service was excellent. The area around it is nice and clean, there’s bars with in walking distance and dinning. I plan on staying there every time i go to PHOENIX
The rooms were amazing! The living was huge and tied into the kitchen. Out of the living room was the patio that over looked downtown Phoenix! Spare bedroom 1 had a queen bed with a walk in closet. The bedroom didn't have a TV but that okay because you can go into the living room if you wanted to watch TV. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom 1. You have a small party in the bathroom if needed because it was so huge! The main bedroom had a king size bed with walk in closet and tub! The bedroom had a TV and was huge room! We will be back to stay for sure!
