Stay Fresh Pool Care

I feel like I nearly got fleeced by this company. Was quoted $625 to repair a $20 part and 20 minutes of labor, if that. Ended up repairing my heater myself for $20. Complete rip off IMO.

There's a reason these guys earned every five star rating! A local paving company coated my pool in asphalt powder. Stay Fresh Pools was the only company to immediately return my call and start the ball rolling. And that was on a holiday weekend too! Mike smoothly handled the back and forth communications between myself and the responsible party concerning payment and service. He was calmer than I was lol All hands were on deck today and I couldn't have asked for better, faster, more efficient service. Stress relief! They've earned a lifelong customer, huge respect and admiration for their dedication to their trade and customers even in our frazzled state of mind . THANK YOU GUYS!

What a rip-off! $250 to fix a leaky above-ground pipe? I ended up fixing myself for $40 in supplies, 30 mins, and an assist from YouTube. I can't speak to their work quality, but their prices are insane!

I have an older pool that is hard to maintain. It had a lot of debris going into it throughout the year. The pool season started and my pool was still dark green. Mike came by the house and he said he would need to empty out the pool and he could have it back to normal. When the pool was emptied the following weekend I was embarrassed by how much algae build up was in the pool. Mike worked for about 5 1/2 hours and he ended up exceeding all of my expectations. I was so happy that he got rid of all the algae stains and the pool was ready to fill up again. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He could have overcharged me but I feel like he was fair. We're now enjoying a sparkling blue pool. Thanks Mike for all of your hard work!

Mike recently put in a new pool pump for us. He was very fairly priced and did an excellent job with the install. He was so easy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable. We are so pleased with our new pump and feel confident that with any future pool needs Mike will be who we use for certain. We highly recommend Mike and Stay Fresh Pools!!!

Mike at Stay Fresh pools is great! Had him out to take care of one of my rental house pools that was neglected. He provided a quick quote and was the most affordable of 3 people. He started the job the next day and worked quickly to remedy the situation. Looking forward to using him on future jobs and for weekly service. Thanks again!

I have to say i have never experienced customer service such as Stay Fresh! Very honest , and dependable. Mike has always been honest and never recommends anything if its not necessary. Over the past year working with him he has advised and saved me a few hundred dollars with just simple repairs. Mike thanks for everything, you have a lifetime customer in me!
