There's only one person name Thompson or last name is Thompson that is handling the sales for website designs and he doesn't answer the phone this is bad for business if you're going to be in the sales department you need to answer your phone but it should be more than one person in the sales department there should never be just one person in the sales department this is why it's hard for the public to do business with locally owned businesses and you must remember that not all customers are willing to leave a voice message because we expect for you all to answer the phone when we call you the first time
