If I could give a negative score I would. This is the worst carpet company I have ever used. First of all, I was quoted one price and then when Clay, the owner, showed up to do the work, it was another price substantially higher. We paid for the "quick dry" which was supposed to dry within 2 hours. Twenty-four hours later the carpet was still wet. I called and I reminded him that his ad said "100% satisfaction guaranteed", he said it was my fault because I didn't open windows and doors. Which was not true. I opened everything in an attempt to dry out the carpet. I finally called another carpet company and had them come and removed the excess water that was left in the carpet and put fans on the carpet to dry it. Only then did the carpet dry. This carpet company stated there were now chemical burns all over the carpet. I called "Clay, the owner" back and reminded him of the "100% satisfaction" claim he put on his ads and that the carpet now had chemical burns and he said that was not true. He said that he uses 100% chemically free material. I received no solution or explanation from him, after 4 phone calls to him, which one he hung up on me, and now my carpet is ruined. It has chemical burns all over it. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The service is awful, the owner is rude and in the end they have ruined my carpet. One other interesting note: I told him I was going to complain. Now he has changed the look of his entire website. It no longer says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and there is no where to put a review.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. If i could give them zero I would. They came to our house and we were expecting the 119 dollar cleaning. clay the Owner offered the deep clean and said it was 335. once we looked at our credit card statement the charge was 389.99. SCAM ALERT. after calling clay and Kelly I had clay come back out and we discussed the bill. He said that he charged 149 for 2 bedrooms and 156 for the stair plus 43.40 for tax. just so you know our tax is 8 percent and that is 24.40. then clay charged me for 30 dollars that he couldn't account for and said the rest was for a processing fee that "should fall off your credit card statement" but he didn't know when. I asked him to take the 30 dollars off since he couldn't account for it and he said "no, i have your signatures right here". PLEASE do yourselves a favor and DO NOT use these guys. They will take your money and cant explain why.

Unfortunately I must leave this company 1 star. I called to schedule an appointment because I found a coupon for carpet cleaning. The man who answered the phone was very rude, and made me uncomfortable. I wanted to schedule an appointment for a week out, and the man insisted I take the next day appointment that someone else had cancelled. After going back and forth I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for the next day, but did let him know I’d be calling that night if I was unable to make the appointment work. When I called to reschedule the appointment no one answered, so I left a voice message. The next morning I called again to let him know I’d need to reschedule, but no one answered. I left another voice message. He called me, but hadn’t yet listened to my messages. I informed him I’d left two voice messages to reschedule the appointment. He seemed very annoyed, and short with me. We rescheduled for next week like I originally wanted. About an hour later one guy showed up to my house to clean my carpets, and I let him know I had rescheduled the appointment. His boss hadn’t informed him of the cancellation. I was then told by the other guy that Monday would not work for him to come clean my carpets. The whole situation was very uncomfortable, so I called to cancel Monday’s appointment. Again the man (I assume the owner) was very short with me, was rude, and hung up on me. This company seems very unprofessional, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was an extremely poor experience. Had scheduled a carpet cleaning for today between 8-10am. The operator who took the call and made the appointment did not confirm my information, so by the time 10:30 rolled around I had to call to see where the technician was. Turns out that they not only had gotten the apartment number wrong, but my phone number was also incorrect. Upon learning this, the technician didn’t apologize, only moved to reschedule the appointment, and did not offer any sort of compensation for their mistake and my inconvenience. When pressed on the lack of such an offer, I was met with retorts that “ I was already helping you out man, we normally don’t do second floors, but we’re just trying to help people for the holidays.”
No. If you were helping people you would
A-Confirm their info so this situation doesn’t happen
B-In the (hopefully) rare event this does happen, offer some sort of compensation as an acknowledgement of your mistake instead of a half-assed apology that will only drive your business to your competitors.
Seriously bad form by this company. Save your money. Go to America’s Best Carpet Cleaning. They haven’t even shown up for their appointment yet and I could already tell it’s going to be 10x better.

Wish I read the reviews before scheduling. We called with a coupon and when the technician came he said it would cost twice as much as we were quoted. We sent them away and called the office and got told that the rate he was trying to charge us is standard, but I kinda think if that was standard they would have told us in the quote instead of blatantly misleading us.
It ended with the office woman saying she would call the technician to work something out. When they called us back there was apparently some more miscommunication between the technician and the office woman because he told her he was only trying to charge us the original amount quoted which was absolutely not the case.
In the end we had hoped they would work something out and we'd hear back from them but they never contacted us again. After we moved all of the furniture out of the way of course...
Of you're hell bent on using them I'd get a hard copy quote, signed in blood preferably.
