Coldwell banker is not for renters, I had to repeatedly try to contact the agent just to know anything at all. No communication. She mentioned she wanted to live on the property and that several people have been denied. They just want your money go somewhere else. Highly unprofessional business.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They not onlyntreat their employees like trash, but they ignore their tenants and any issues that may be happening with the home.

Wonderful team of professionals that takes their time to assist their clients. Very impressed with the overall customer service ans promptness!

Do not rent from these people!! Not responsive to problems. Not helpful. Not engaged.

Cannot reach anyone to pay a bill that I don't even believe that I owe.
