I recently purchased a pink donut pendant which I was trying to return for a refund. Of note, it was not custom made for me since it was in stock at time of purchase. I was denied a refund due to a hidden policy. Unfortunately, no where on the necklace page or on my confirmation email did it state that the piece would be final sale and only open for an exchange up to 7 days after purchase. I would have never thought to even look at the return policy because the standard is usually 30 days - look at other NYC jewelers such as Ring Concierge or Lauren B. I emailed customer service requesting a courtesy return to which was informed that they only do exchanges. I even offered to pay for return shipping and a restock fee to try to work with them. They really need to put the return policy right on the page of the item you are purchasing. If you are thinking of purchasing an item be 100% sure that you love it because you will not be getting your money back. I am a return customer and even ordered custom items such as my customer chihuahua slider charm and custom lock charm from SG because I love the brand. This has been a huge disappointment and they have lost a longtime customer over something that could have easily been resolved.

I had an amazing experience working with Stephanie Gottlieb's team! Specifically, Paige Forman went above and beyond to help me create the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée from scratch! She wanted an extremely detailed ring that featured all 12 birthstones, and Paige made it happen exactly the way I wanted it and within my budget. Can't say enough about Paige and the whole Stephanie Gottlieb team! EDIT: I am updating this to 2 stars after a horrible last two years with this ring. I had to send this ring back and forth 4 separate times for fixes and redesigns. Stones kept falling out, the band bent, etc. I honestly has been an absolute nightmare. I eventually had to cut my losses and take a refund for the birthstones. I have to redesign a whole new ring with a different company. I cannot in good conscience keep this a 5 star review as the experience and quality has not been deserving of that.

We had such an amazing experience re setting my ring with Danielle at Stephanie Gottlieb. We actually worked with her via email because we live in California. I wasn’t thrilled with my previous setting. It felt bulky and dated. Danielle worked with us within a short timeline to get it done before our wedding! The ring turned out amazing. Could not recommend Danielle and SG enough!

Stephanie and her team are absolutely amazing! My girlfriend now fiance has always loved their work so I contacted her to create an engagement ring. They worked with me on every step of the process and provided excellent guidance for diamond selection and ring design. The final product came out even better than expected, and my fiance was blown away when I finally proposed. My experience could not have been better!

Amazing experience working with Katrina who helped me take an old family heirloom and re design it into beautiful emerald earrings! The process was so easy, fun & they came out incredible! A piece I cannot wait to wear.

We had the most amazing experience designing my engagement ring with Lishai of Stephanie Gottlieb Bridal. She worked with our ideas and very crude drawings to create the most spectacular ring, within our budget and incorporating all the birthstones of the 7 members of our blended family. I highly recommend Stephanie Gottlieb, and specifically Lishai. We could not be happier. The only difficult part was waiting for the proposal after I knew he had the ring. I have been a fan of Stephanie Gottlieb for a while...some of my favorite pieces are from her collection. I recently decided I wanted to update a ring I have had for over 30 years, and reached out to Stephanie and her team. Katrina, of the redesign team, was unbelievable to work with! Over a few weeks and many emails I was a part of the whole process, including ideas, CAD design, and final approval. I got my new ring today and to say I love it would be an understatement!! I am obsessed and will go from keeping it in a drawer to wearing it everyday!

Paige from SG was on hand to provide input on all aspects over a period of several months and the finished product arrived even better than expected. She even managed to get the ring shipped out to me overseas early so as to meet my expedited proposal timeframe! READ THIS and go see Danielle Levine at Stephanie Gottlieb if you're looking for an engagement ring or anything else diamond related! 11/10! I couldn't recommend her more! We didn't know where to begin and initially reached out to a few jewelers. All of the information on review sites and social media was kind of daunting so we were really just looking for someone we could trust. After speaking with Danielle Levine at Stephanie Gottlieb for the first time, our search was over! She gave us a rundown of the Four C's and really listened to what we wanted. We flew in for the sourcing/design appointment and our expectations were more than exceeded! Working with Danielle was amazing - professional and transparent! The level of service was incredible. I love the ring!!! We even got some diamond studs to match right after. She's our jeweler for life now lol! Go see her! I promise you and your loved one will be elated with the final product!!
