I have been a patient for many years now. The staff is always professional and kind. The office is perfectly clean and has great views overlooking Rockefeller Center. My husband now goes here so this our family dentist. I’ve seen two doctors here Dr. Park and now Dr. Schwartz. Both good and I trust them!

I absolutely hate the dentist or any doctor for that matter but I really love Dr. Seonha Park. She’s so sweet and I tell her every time I see her how nervous I am and every visit she takes the time to make sure I am comfortable before and during any procedure. She’s also got a very soothing voice that makes you feel peaceful. The dentist office also has an amazing view of Rockefeller Center and during Christmas time, the best view of the giant Christmas tree! I’ve had no bad experiences here, everyone from the front desk associates to the doctors have bad really great.

The consolation with the periodontist was professional and went well. However, I must admit to being highly disappointed when it came to discovering, only at the end of my consultation, that this periodontist was not in my dental insurance plan and that I would 1. Have to pay close to $300 out of pocket for a 20 minute consultation that essentially already told me what two prior dental visits already confirmed and that even used prior x-rays from prior visits and 2. that the entirety of the proposed dental extraction and implant procedure would not be covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket nearly $10,000 when all is said and done. I was profoundly displeased to not only learn this, but also to have this information only be provided at this late stage. At no time when I made this consultation appointment 2 weeks ago was this information disclosed to me. Nor was it disclosed to me in the intervening two weeks despite receiving several reminder messages from Slim Dental confirming the appointment, Had it been, i would have not felt blindsided and unprepared and I might have also considered alternative options or facilities. It felt as though this information was purposefully kept from me and, consequently, this experience has weakened my confidence in Slim Dental. I now must weigh my options going forward, including whether to remain a patient of Slim Dental not only for this procedure, but going forward for all procedures. Which is unfortunate, considering I have been a loyal patient for over a decade.

Dr. Lim is the best! He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being and patiently and clearly explains everything throughout the visit. His facility is also clean and high-tech. Finding a skilled, trustworthy dentist is not easy and I am willing to travel from NJ to come here. Thank you, Dr. Lim and SLim Dental!

Literally, the best dentist that I have ever been to. Not only professional and kind, but every time I have had to see someone during periods I didn’t live in New York, he has been there to fix problems when they have come up. Twice he has proposed less invasive solutions when others wanted to do root canals or unnecessary caps. He also uses more technology than I have seen in other offices.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for 8 years. They are always professional, courteous, informative, and caring. The level of care is the highest I’ve received and all of my procedures have gone smoothly. I can recommend Dr. Park in particular as she is who I see.

I have to say I am very dissappointed in how things have changed with this dental office. I had called to follow up on a procedure that I had for a temporary fix which would later need an implant on the advise of the dentist after taking full xrays. I had called to see the cost of the implant which was recommended to me but to my surprise they asked for me to come in for another $200 consulation visit when I simply asked for the cost. The cost was actually given to me from the last procedure but I had forgotten. I didn’t think I would be charged for this Information in another consultation when they clearly had the original information in my records from the prior visit. Have to say I am very dissappointed as the Dentists are great.

Dr.Stephen Lim has a sweet and complaisant temperament which makes it feel like euphoria on Earth. He exquisitely extends to humankind his Promethean gift that of his energy in water,air and light waterlase laser dentistry. On 2015 I did not have an established dentist -therefore, I searched online for laser technology dentistry HydroPhotonics which is said to have more accuracy and could save greater sections of teeth. I came across Dr.Lim's website and he appeared to be a gracious individual. 1 Rockefeller Plaza building advantageously overlooks the ice skating rink, the Rock Center Garden Cafe,on holidays the splendid illuminated tree, an area with plenteous of attractions! At the resplendent lobby visitors are received by the security service. Dr.Lim's staff of assistants,event planners,secretaries,dentists,etc are laborious. At the dental consultation Dr.Lim was jolly and familial. He gingerly examined my teeth with a dental mirror and pick and concisely explored it. A while later, he inserted the intra-oral camera in differing angles which vividly captured sections of my gums,teeth,etc. He stored them in the computer and described each snapshot what was to remedy. He rescued a tooth that another dentist told me necessitated a root canal, Dr.Lim tested the tooth and found that it was responsive and merely required dental filling bonding. The first day that Dr.Lim worked on me, I selected for a large uncovered molar I was born with to be closed with dental filling. I mostly opt for no anesthesia but, it varies on the person's capacity for pain tolerance or other conditions. My molar had to be totally cleansed and when he terminated I asked for the mirror and was astonished of the natural sculpture -the aperture was filled with filling -however, it was hardly noticeable which one was human-made. He even listened to my concern in private and approved to correct it fairly. I am not discontent with the job he has performed on me. Dr.Lim allayed me with words "Don't worry,let me worry about it!" with respect to reaching a far away molar that needed a spot of filling. He does not hasten out of the room instead, he stays to verify all is medically stable. In another occasion, dentist members of his team Dr.Brian Eng & Dr.Cho wanted to observe the teeth bonding procedure which Dr.Lim civilly asked for my permission and I agreed. Both were likeable. Dr.Lim interpreted the x-ray and that same day he referred me to Dr.Andrew Kim for a wisdom tooth extraction. I visited the Murray office location since it corresponded with my calendar schedule which was serene and cozy. The office staff were humane. Dr.Lim convinced me to use for the first time anesthesia under his care since the drill would go deeper in between the teeth for bonding In this location a drill is utilized. Dr.Lim injected me painlessly, the injection entered gradually with the woman voice operated machine indicating progress and it ejected mildly. For about an hour Dr.Lim drilled and I could see so much aspiration and zest he puts into his work. Every time he finishes -I am content that visually, it is like nature-made it. Dr.Stephen Lim is empathic, he speedily,limpidly cleans up with steam and gauzes any blood that is flowing. A dental filling fell off from a previous dentist and for a week or so I placed cherry Refilit material for I to be able to eat without infecting the hole. I additionally water-rinsed and used a toothpick to clean the hole. Then, when I went to Dr.Lim he asked me how I felt and we spoke. This time, he placed himself on a retroceded position in order to paste the tooth in the way it grew upwards -ingenious! The filling was rightly placed giving to it an impeccable view. On my most recent visit, he stated that the dental plan could be paused for the reason being that the yearly periodic oral exam is more important.Dr.Stephen Lim for his superb work and affable personality. He makes the dental experience a party for the re-birth metamorphosis of new looking teeth! Superman laser -feels like new!

Dentist, Dr. Emily Park, is amazing. She explains everything quite thoroughly. Am very pleased with dental service at Rockefeller Center location. Excellent receptionist service, too.

Don't go here. This was the worst dental experience I've had. I took 4 shots in the mouth and they still couldn't get me numb. I had to have a tooth fixed without anesthesia. It was really painful. Avoid Dr. Eng. He is young and inexperienced and doesn't know how to numb a tooth properly.
