I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Ho. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable, from the time I made my first appointment over the phone with Char, to the very end of my visit. Dentists have always been a big fear of mine, but Dr. Ho and his assistants were gentle, and everything was pain free. Every time I went in, there was no wait time. They are thorough in explaining each process and what to expect for future visits. Thank you Dr. Ho! I have found my new dentist!
I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Stephen R Ho, DDS as my dentist in Honolulu, Hi for many years. He has always taken excellent care of me and my entire family. The staff are all professional and friendly, they go above and beyond to ensure you are in good hands. When you first enter the office, Char the office manager always greets you immediately making you feel welcomed. She is very helpful with scheduling and calling the day before to give you a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment. Natalie the dental hygienist is very affable, she is gentle and thorough with my teeth cleanings. Cathy the lead dental assistant, assists Dr. Ho during dental treatment procedures. She is very diligent and ensures that the proper safety and sterilization was conducted. Dr. Ho has great bedside manner, being that I work in healthcare I think this is key in making the patient feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Ho is definitely trustworthy and credible. I truly could not recommend a better dentist and staff.
I've been going to Dr. Ho for a couple of years now, and it's probably the best experience I've had at the dentist. What I like best about Dr. Ho is that he is very meticulous and thorough. He really makes sure to catch and address everything that needs to be taken care of, and he and his team do quality work every time. Also, everyone that works in the office is super friendly and professional, and they make sure you feel comfortable the entire time. So if you're looking for a dentist that produces quality work and provides a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ho and his team.
Dr. Ho and his staff are great! I don't think I've ever felt so comfortable at a dentist's office. Everyone there is so patient and takes the time to answer even the smallest questions and explain what needs to be done and also what I could be doing on my own. Dr. Ho carefully laid out a plan for me to get back on track with my dental health, I've had some of the gentlest cleanings I've ever had, and they even helped me figure out how I could work my treatment plan financially. If you need dental treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Ho's office.
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Ho and his entire staff. I needed quite a bit of dental work done and after several visits I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Dr. Ho and his staff are genuinely so kind, caring, and professional. In addition, Dr. Ho took his time to explain what work needed to be done and why. I also experienced no pain during all of my procedures cleanings, root canal, cavity fillings, etc. I will continue to choose Dr. Ho as my new dentist because of his professionalism, expertise, kindness, and staff! I am a 75 year old retired physician and surgeon. I have lived in many places and have had many dentists. Many of them were good, and some were very good. But i can confidently say that Dr. Ho is the best. He possesses all the attributes one would want in one’s dentist. I would say the most important one is tremendous skill. His numbing shots are done not only without pain, but without any sensation at all. His work is beautiful and is performed deftly and quickly. He is versed in the full spectrum of general and restorative dentistry, including implants, which in itself is impressive. Beyond the technical aspect, he is completely attentive to one’s concerns and is willing to take time, discuss options, and review x-rays in a relaxed and respectful manner. He is willing to adapt the care plan to suit the patient’s preferences, and he values the preservation of native tooth structure above all. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the office is well-appointed. The location is central, yet there is good off-street free parking. In short, i recommend Dr. Ho highly and without reservation to all, including to friends and family.
I’ve been going to Doctor Ho for a few years now and it has been the best dental experience of my life. From the pleasant and friendly staff right when you walk through the door to the affordable prices and convenient Waikiki location with parking on site, makes this dental office the best in town. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, getting x-rays, fillings, etc. Doctor Ho and his kind staff Char, Nat, & Precious make the experience extremely convenient and pain-free. I cannot recommend them enough.
I had never been to a dentist for over 18 years of my life because I had one bad experience with an extraction however I love this place. Especially because they do such a good job at cleaning my coffee stained teeth lol.They are very gentle. The staff is so friendly and helpful too. Dr. Ho is a wonderful dentist and is good at explaining things in a way I can understand them. English isn't my first language yet I understand his advice as he patiently explains. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Dr. Ho is an amazing dentist who I've been going to for over 30 years since I was a little kid. My whole family has been going to him and we all love him and the staff! Staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Ho is very caring and informative. Best dentist by far, hands down!
Dr. Ho, no lie, has been great! He's competent, easy to talk to, and his staff are such friendly people. He's good at talking through your options and making you feel comfortable. I'm happy that I found a great dentist. I hope you don't retire soon, Doc!
