Stereo West went the extra mile to take care of my needs. They were quick to resolve issues that were of my own making. They are very accommodating and understanding. Great customer service! Was quoted a price for Black Friday & Cyber Monday deal and didn’t pull the trigger fast enough, but they still honored the price! Remote start very easy to operate and works amazing.

Darrell was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They did a perfect job on my window tint as well as installing a sub and amp. Couldn’t be happier !!!

I purchased a Groupon to have my two front windows tinted. When I arrived the man at the counter did not even look at my vehicle as he told me there would be an additional charge of $20. The man stated that the Groupon covers what the state of Nebraska allows for tint… he proceeds to show me a lighter tint stating that it ain’t match my car unless I pay the additional fee. I told the man that my car has the factory tint and I’m sure it would be state approved if not dealers wouldn’t sell cars that way. None of these additional fees or disclosure for state requirements are listed on the Groupon website. He then tells me my total is $32.01, stating that is the $20 fee with taxes. I’m sure the taxes on $20 are not $12.01! When my vehicle was finished I walk outside to dirty windows! I then call Stereo West and asked if the workers are to clean the windows before tinting, he says the outside or inside? I said are the winds cleaned because my windows are dirty. The man on the phone says, we only clean the inside where tint is applied. I said thank you and ended the call. I knew at that moment my money was gone and I received a half trash job. I cleaned my windows and there are water spots underneath the tint from the windows not being fully cleaned or dried before the tint was applied. Taking money from customers and doing the bare minimum will be a fast way to lose customer’s. As a business owner you should want to provide a good service to customers, it takes seconds to clean a window front and back. I wouldn’t want to give a car back to a customer with fresh tint only to get in their vehicle and look out of a dirty window! Stereo West is very unprofessional lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I would have rather paid full price at another business for better service and a quality tint job. Businesses like this don’t last. I read several poor reviews on Groupon about this merchant should have known.

Chris, Ryan, and all of the staff were very friendly and did great tint work to my new vehicle! I love this place! I would highly recommend them for all your vehicle mods!

Whoever readd this review I want you to know that stereo west is top of the line they stand by their work. The warranty is real and the work is top shelf. The customer service was great and the shop has an overall positive vibe. Thank you stereo West

Had a sub and amp installed a in early august. during the install they scratched my tint. about 2 months later the sub “blew” and they had to replace it. When they had it in they redid the tint that they scratched. Went to pickup my vehicle and the rear wiper wouldn’t turn off after they redid the back glass tint. Asked them to look at they blamed me and told me it was like that when i dropped it off. which was not the case. employee begind the counter got really snippy with me and kept telling me it was like that when I dropped it off. Decided i’d never take my car back to them. 2 months later sun isn’t working again. i reached out on monday and haven’t heard anything back. terrible customer service. terrible expierence. would not recommend.

Dropped the car off for a new radio. 4 speakers worked. Picked it up and only three worked. Without any attempt to diagnose it, it will be 200 bucks more and it couldn’t have been the install ….

Had remote start installed. They got me in within two days and took less than 2 hours to install. I will definitely be back!

Purchase and had installed a Phoenix PX6 radio in my F150. Stereo West did a fantastic job. There is truly difference with professional installation and Stereo West is top-notched. As far as the radio -- it keeps all factory functions and looks and sounds great. Audio is a little better than factory and rear view camera is clearer. It highly recommend this radio to anyone looking for something little different or way to distinguish your vehicle from others.
