Sterling Ridge

When I was considering placing my husband at Sterling ridge I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the wellness of everyone there there was no hospital smell it was just like walking into a nice facility that offered care for both mental and assisted living residents. I highly recommend Sterling ridge to anyone facing putting a loved one into their facility. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have him spend his last days

I feel like if your a person of color in 2022 you should not work here are try to get an interview you could feel that they are not welcoming to us the whole experience was unsettling I feel like I was being discriminated against at this place

Staff are nice but but a place for dementia patients. Staff not trained and area is not secure as they tell you.

Is this a 2 story Assisted Living Facility? Is it corporate or privately owned. How many residents are there? What is the caregiver/ resident ratio, pls don't respond with NV doesn't have ratios, I want to know if the facility cares more about capacity and how caregivers are worked over resident safety and care as residents are being charged for extra heavier care and heavy lifting and the pay stays the same for a caregiver with a much heavier work load. It's not right to have so called Assisted living pay vs skilled nursing without the higher pay of that of a skilled CNA not to mention not being fully staffed caregiver wise. .... E.G Hoyer lifts and those with major contractures making assisted living heavier then nessesary, 2 person assists with only 2 caregivers per every 60- 100 patients.

Amazing community. Staff has been around a long time. Everyone cares for one another. Residents love living here. Beautiful property. The Nevada State Health Division has rated them an A...again for their health care quality and compliance.

I love the staff who care for my mother on a daily basis! The staff is knowledgeable and they truly care about each resident. The facilities are updated and clean. I would highly recommend Sterling Ridge to all who are in need of care for their loved ones!

This is the best assisted living place I've had an experience with. They treated my brother with dignity and caring. It's a very pleasant place. Very friendly. They get to know the families. I ate lunch and dinner there several times. Food was excellent and a good variety.

My mom Is in the memory care unit. It came on suddenly for her and me. She tells me every day how nice the girls are there. That tells me everything I need to know.

Wonderful care for seniors! Caring and compassionate staff. Can't say enough positive things about this home for seniors.
