Jenn was fantastic. She was ever-present in this whirlwind of a market providing deep insights into neighborhoods, things for me to consider while making the right home purchase for myself, and making sure I was seeing properties with as much time for decision-making as possible. Once I was ready to submit offers, she set me up for success by ensuring there were no surprises, I was ready with the right paperwork done on time, and was connected to knowledgeable experts for closing needs. Beyond making sure everything was done, Jenn brought foresight into each interaction and requirement so I was prepared, confident and competitive. It didn't hurt that we also managed some deep belly laughs along the way.

Steve͏ Kinney is so much more than the greatest realtor on earth! Where do I begin? Steve Kinney had a strategy within 30 minutes after seeing our house and a profile of who would buy our house. Steve's strategy and profile were spot on. We entered the market just as there was a 3rd hike in interest rates and the market was dying down. Due to the beautiful drone video and the pictures of the inside of the house, we had over 40 showings which was a crazy amount of activity, but actual buyers were either priced out due to interest rates or wanted to wait until 2023 when rates were expected to go down. But, Steve never stopped working regardless of the interest hikes and was always working to do something including 3 open houses. We listed on October 30th, 2022 for $1.25mm and closed on December 2nd, 2022 for $1.254mm! We ended up with competing offers which helped us a lot with the sale price and contingencies. This is what Steve does: he works really hard in the beginning, really hard in the middle, really hard in negotiating, really hard with contingencies, really hard in the closing, and really hard after the sale helping us, the sellers, getting all the things out of our house so the new buyers can move in. In other words, he works really hard the entire time. One day he showed up with a truck load of staging furniture for our ugly basement, which he turned into a really pretty basement. This review allows 2000 letters / spaces and it is not even close to the amount of great things I could say about Steve Kinney. He even helped us move items into storage after the closing, picked up items to be donated, and negotiated $10,000.00 for items the new buyers wanted. My husband and I have never had anyone do so much for us. We are more acclimated doing things for other people, so to have someone do so much for us, even after the sale was completed, was beyond any expectations we possibly could have had. Since I am running out of words, all I have left to say is any seller would be lucky to have Steve Kinney list their house!
Absolutely loved working with Shanna. Highly recommend her to anyone in the market, whether you're a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor.
I imagine that this office does great work, however, Chris Viets, a broker who represents this office, does not practice the professional level of service described in the previous comments. He mailed an unsolicited "Contract to buy and sell real estate" to my property. I have received many unsolicited offers before, but most are a kind letter with a reasonable offer. This one was for about $400k under market value and included a 15 page Contract to buy Real Estate. I contacted Chris Viets and he failed to return my phone call. I called him again, 24 hrs later, and Chris Viets indicated to me, "look at page 15, see that there is no signature, well that means it isn't a contract." Regardless of this being a "legal" contract with actual signatures, this is by no means a very professional behavior, it is deceptive to me and probably most of sellers, however, Chris indicated it "wasn't deceptive." If I were his managing broker, I would consider if I wanted this type of broker representing my professional establishment.
What an awful business,they buy beautiful old homes and tear them down to build ugly eyesore monstrosities, I will never use this company!

She is honestly unlike anyone I've met in real estate. She REALLY cares, by always looking out for the client FIRST. That means everything to we buyers. Lastly, her knowledge of the industry, and particularly the Denver market is unapparelled. I cannot say enough about this wonderful lady and her work ethic!
