I flew into Philly and wanted to give cheesesteaks a go and this definitely opened my eyes to a whole new world. Cheesesteaks are awesome! The bread was sooo soft and the combination of steak, onions, and the american cheese was to die for. 1000% recommend stopping by here

I use to love this place, staff sucked. Not the place use to be. Was not clean. Barely any meat on sandwich. Got order wrong for the 4 of us. Condiments not available unless asked for, but you get attitude for asking. Even offered more money if needed, fries were under cooked. If you can't afford to keep up with the old expectation to be able to add your condiments how you like or add the same amount of meat, then raise the prices. People like you enough they'll pay. Hire people with better customer service we help keep your business going.

The cheese steak sandwiches are . The service was quick and the atmosphere made you feel at home. We ordered the spicy cheese fries too and were good. The fries weren't spicy as in hot spicy but had a lot of flavor. I would definitely come again if I am in town. Kid-friendliness: The place is like a neighborhood business where families can feel at home. Parking: There was parking available on both sides of the building.

I used to come here as my favorite NE Philly cheessteak go to place. My order was a double meat, provolone, with fried onions. The steak was so over- cooked it was like gnawing on thin shoe leather! The entire sandwich was bone dry and had absolutely no flavor. Not even the onions added any moisture or taste. Next time in town I will look elsewhere.Fortunately, Could COVID have ruined this place??

Some of the best cheesesteaks you can get. Rolls are great, meat is on point and they are open late which is awesome. Highly recommend Steve's, never had a bad steak hereFood: 4/5

I’ve been going there for a few years already. Cheesesteaks used to be so delicious. I go there at least once or twice a week, but lately their customer service has gotten worse and worse. 1. There’s always a weird unpleasant smell of grease and rotten meat. 2. They put a leftover meat not the first time, it happened to me twice already that’s already been precooked, he just flipped it a couple times to reheat it. 3. There’s a ginger guy at the counter who’s an extremely rude to customers. He usually works at evenings and nights. I didn’t want to get into a conflict, but i was almost ready to grab his neck and kick his a**. Next time if he’s ever disrespectful i won’t stand and watch.

Honestly as over the road driver the phily was pretty basic in terms of flavor and seasoning. Come to think of it, it doesn't really taste like it does have seasoning. The saving grace of this place is the amazing quality of the steak. Other than that I regret to say there's been better phily cheese steaks out side of philyFood: 3/5

My son and I went yesterday it was ok bread was good employees were ok i didn't like that they use a chesse sauce for all 4 chesses the other review was correct they didn't put a lot of meat on the sandwich at all. I personally enjoy mayonaise and ketchup on my sandwich i hate added it after they just give you ketchup. I know its not for everybody. I will not be back again i rather Ace Of Steaks by the stadium not saying there the best but to me definitely better than this. Parking: At less 20

These guys as good as it gets! Never to early or late to put in a order when I need one. They always hold me down and my tv show thanks them all the time for supplying me with such greatest that they can't get in NYC!Food: 5/5
