At Dr. Rattner & Assoc. we feel it is important to stay current with your dental needs. For those of you who do not have dental insurance or have lost your dental insurance, we would like to offer you affordable in-house dental coverage. This will help you to stay in optimum dental health.


ADULT: 279.00 per year ($ 476.00 Value) Biannual Exams per year (2) Prophylaxis Cleanings per year (2)
4 Bitewing/Cavity Detecting X-rays per year

CHILD (Age 13 & under): 239.00 per year ($444.00 Value)
Biannual Exams per year (2) Prophylaxis Cleanings per year (2)
2 Bitewing/Cavity Detecting X-rays per year
2 Fluoride Applications per year

A 20% discount on all other treatment that is given throughout the year (except for whitening)

Additional Information: No yearly maximum
Yearly fee paid in full or monthly auto-debit started before first visit
Coverage does not include referrals to specialists
Fees are to be paid in full on the date of service.
