Good doctor but he is very busy all the time. Only few things need to be improved. One of my complaints is I was unable to make a reservation even if emergency case.

I’m sorry on behalf of Dr. Bae for the bad experience and rudeness you all have encounter with the receptionist. The receptionist you all are referring to is no longer at Dr.Bae’s. Also, we are working hard trying to expedite all medical records and Prior authorizations in a timely manner.
