After visiting the dispensary that was right next door i walked inTO SOLACE and was instantly in love with this establishment. John had amazing customer service. He wasn't rushing us and was able to give us a few selections that he personally like. This place was amazing..

I usually like coming to Solace Meds on Colfax but tonight was a very awkward experience. I swung buy to take advantage of the buy 3 get 1 for .10 deal for Labor Day and ended up not really getting a deal. I decided on two 8ths and some wax. Nothing was offered to me for the additional item and Rather than getting an additional item for .10 one of my 8ths was sold to me as individual grams with one being .10. I realized this after I left and felt kinda taken advantage of. My interaction with the bud tender was also rather awkward, my girlfriend who was with me also felt the entire experience tonight was awkward. This location is usually pretty good and I always get good service but tonight was definitely off. Update 9/10/2020 Solace Meds contacted me to discuss what happened and took time to make everything right for me. I truly appreciate them doing that and so I am updating my review to 5 stars. Very good customer service!!

Came in one day and I'm a regular customer remind you. I needed a battery for my vape. So I notice this girl I've never seen and ask her if they have any. She immediately got snobby for no reason and it went left from there. Point is it was unprofessional and i was not demanding anything. Bad experience

Went to the store today. Thought I purchased the last GG#4 and a bag of cookies Georgia pie. So apparently I thought my bud tender put the display inside my jar like he said,he was. However he forgot to put it in my jar. I posted a review and the manager was willing to go above and beyond to apologize and fix the problem. The next day he did excellent on his word.

Great customer service and my go to place when I'm in town. Definitely can't beat the quality.

This places prices are absolutely absurd. I would never spend a penny at this dispensary with the prices they currently charge. For example, they are asking $100-115 for a g of Lazer Cat or 710 Labs which sells for $45-$75 at most other rec dispensaries. That being said, if you're trying to save some money and get the same products this dispensary sells, check a couple other places first. I can guarantee they will be selling it cheaper than Solace does.

First time here and the budtender Wade was an absolute doll. He hooked it up and was very knowledgeable. The vibe is great and the place is so cozy the artwork around the place is also pretty sweet. Totally recommend this place !! And they give you a loyalty stampcard which he ended up giving me extra stamps which once I get 10 I get a free 8th how awesome is that?
