Stone Springs Family Medicine: Hwang Irving MD

I love the new location! Office is beautiful! Congratulations to all of you! Promptly attention, very professional and family oriented. Dr. Hwang has being our primary doctor since 2002! Can't believe it has been that long.

My family and I have been happy patients with Dr. Hwang since 2007. We have always been treated with respect and friendliness. Imagine taking two young children to the doctor's office. But with Dr. Hwang my children are always excited to see him. The office is clean and well maintained. The office workers are polite and attentive. I feel comfortable talking to Dr. Hwang about all my concerns and he treats each concern with equal importance. I am so happy with the practice that my husband and ex-husband are now also patients of Dr. Hwang.

Office staff is horrible. I’m trying to schedule an appointment, but receptionist Michelle is giving me bad instructions. I’m waiting another day or two, so they can file a doctor’s order. She insists on having me drive to office and drop it off. Who has time to run around dropping off pieces of paper, when there are electronic ways to send it. Stupid.

Not sure why there are negative reviews. It's a doctors office, sometimes you have to wait. When I called in for the first time, they gave me their first available time slot which was at the end of the day. He didn't rush our appointment and even had to stay a few minutes late. I would definitely recommend.

SRFM and now Stone Springs Family medicine has been my go-to for more than a decade. They take great care of us and we LOVE the new office. Dr. Hwang is the best.
