The scheduling process was smooth but the day of the appointment the sales man was 30 minutes late calling and arriving. Once there he kept cutting me off in mid sentence and wouldn't listen to me. He came across arrogant , rude and unprofessional. He clearly did not want to see the blue prints my engineer drew up or my RFP and made it clear I was wasting my time hiring anyone but him. Oh by the way did I mention my repairs are structural to my house and pulling permits to have the work inspected is a must but he didn't think it was necessary WOW! What rock did this guy crawl out of. One horrible experience.
