Terrible communication from the main office which made the whole process extremely frustrating and anxiety inducing. The project manager NEVER returned one of my calls. The installers were great however.
By far the worst experience I encountered with an installation crew, while having my kitchen remodeled. The installation crew showed up reeking of Marijuana. I did not want anyone getting hurt while installing my kitchen counter top and island, I advised the installation crew they were not competent to install and turned them away.
love my new counter top- Customer service was great all around. They were very helpful when picking out the quartz. They were on time for both the measuring appointment and the install. Installers were super nice and did a great job. Will definitely use Stoneworks again.
