Stop and Stor South Shore

Very clean facility and staff is very nice! Easy to get to my storage unit from the indoor parking. I would have given it 5 stars but there is currently a person living in the storage unit across from my unit and its very uncomfortable going through my stuff with them peeking out and watching me which I've heard them creak the door open and this person having their suitcase and shoes in the hallway making it hard to move my stuff around. I'm surprised staff haven't noticed the stuff.

Excellent customer service-Danielle B. is definitely a model for the public service industry- she listened, was patient, personable, and thorough. Never once I felt pushed or rushed.. great site- attractive & clean, safe, tons of different sizes. Very pleased to do business with them. I’m relocating to SI & never been but feel secure that my belongings will be safe & secured here. Thank you Danielle.

Very stupendous experience here with Danielle. Process was simple and quick. She was very helpful with any questions regarding the rental space. If I were her boss I’d definitely give her a raise! Ease of access, clean, secure, many price levels but had limited options for my small space. Two elevators help lessen the wait time between customers. I like the music there may not listen to it elsewhere but it's a good excuse for some classics. Wish they offered earlier opening hours: lots of business things need to be running by 8 AM already meaning packing and driving way before that.

Good prices, clean, safety protocols in place. Always helpful when I need something. Good neighborhood too.

Clean, easy, climate controlled, very well lit, elevator equipped, plenty of room, all different size storage rooms, been with them for years now. Drive right into building, safe and secure both while your there and your things when you leave. Pay monthly or yearly.

Danielle B. Was FANTASTIC!! She was professional and very helpful. She answered my questions and resolved my issues. Rented another unit thanks to her.
