StorageOne Craig & 5th

I am very upset I had my storage for 2 years and these items from my mother after her death . I’m in another state I just recently got behind because of reasons having medical issues .I was only a month behind going into October. I was rushed , was trying to work something out and no respond back . My heart is heavy my mom items gone . I’m going to report this to the Bbb . It’s like they were waiting to take my items , I won’t be referring no one here .

Nicely secure but I wish the outside units had lights. Makes it near impossible to do anything after 4:30pm with the time change and it getting dark early. But the employees are always nice and helpful! I absolutely love the girls behind the counter!

I would have to say I was impressed with the service provided. After going to several different storages, Storage One best for my needs. Cassandra her personality really shined, very educated with the storage unit, answered all my questions, patient, and went above and beyond to get me set up for my new unit and appointment for a Uhaul truck. She has outstanding customer service and wanted her to be acknowledged of how she assists customers. I appreciate this kind of employee and would highly recommended people to come here.

Resolved. I can go back to rebuilding my life with the head start I held on to. Now I just have to prepare myself and build. Thank you Cassandra.

Excellence is the word that comes to mind when describing my experience at StorageOne on Craig & 5th. I originally spoke with Elaine while making a reservation. She was extremely patient with me and was kind enough to answer all of my questions thoroughly. On the day of my move, I met Catherine who shares the same patience and kindness. To top it off after all was said and done with the gazillion papers I had to sign, they had a great sense of humor. Needless to say, my overall expectations were exceeded. The hours of operation for the office and gate access for the storage units is more than accommodating. Everything looks clean and there are no odors that were concerning. They even supplied extra carts to make the move a little easier. Well worth the money if you need some storage. Like I said, nothing but excellence. Thank you!

I am very happy with the customer service I received! Tameka and the rest of the staff are great! Spilling my guts to Tameka, as I am having a tough "life" moment, she was very understanding and showed true empathy. Not too many people have that quality when dealing with the public. But Tameka handled it like a pro. The rest if the staff was great as well! Thanks Ladies & Gentcurly ribbon for bangs lol!

The Lady behind the counter was very nice, informative and sweet. She definitely gave us a 5star treatment and experience. Great job.

Whitney was very professional and accommodating - which turned out to be the reason why I went with Storage One! She didn't try to push anything on me and the choices I was offered made it real easy and convenient for me to choose the right unit. The facility seems very safe and secure, and it was easy to get my things upstairs and stored. I couldn't imagine going elsewhere!! A++++++

They were very nice and attentive made sure I got my discounts & got a good deal. & love that they keep it does clean!!!! Way better than last storage unit I was using & very affordable.
