Storm Fitness ended up being what my brother and I needed very much. Our trainer Marilyn is the best. She was incredibly patient and kind with us with loads of positive energy and encouragement. The workout routines and circuits that she created for us were motivating with the perfect mix of toning and cardio that were right for our bodies - results were noticeable after just a few weeks. We would definitely recommend Storm Fitness and Marilyn to anyone and everyone. Thank you very much!

I have been working with Marilyn out of her home gym for 9 sessions now and WOW... she is amazing! She is attentive and listens and makes me feel incredibly comfortable and not silly for asking questions. Even though she has to show me the correct forms for our workouts OVER and OVER she has never made me feel silly for asking to see it another time. Marilyn is kind, warm, energetic and has a great sense of humor. If you get the chance to train with Marilyn DO IT! Not to mention my "hot bod". Thank you Marilyn!
I worked with two trainers at Storm Fitness in 2021. My goals were to reboot a fitness program and work specifically my on my legs as I was facing a potential knee replacement. I got that problematic left knee replaced on 3/25. Because of all the work we did, my surgeon was able to go with a “natural knee,” which keeps all the ligaments in place. My muscle tone supported that procedure. I basically got a hardware upgrade, hahaha. AND because of the good work we did and how my coaches at Storm Fitness inspired me to keep it up, I’m walking, doing all my exercises, and can lift my entire leg in a straight/front leg lift - seriously, about 8” - without assistance and without pain medication, the day after surgery. Quads rule! Storm Fitness is the absolute best. Thank you, thank you.
Kate, with Storm Fitness, has been the best investment I could have made for my personal health and wellbeing. I’ve been with Storm Fitness for just over a year and Kate has always been on time and personable for each workout. I truly enjoy every workout with her. They are fun and go by very quickly! She takes the time to come up with unique workouts and challenges me more often than I ever would on my own. She also has great advice on nutrition / eating habits. I contacted Storm Fitness about a personal trainer who specialized in training children. Maddie is my daughter's trainer and she has been great! My daughter adores Maddie and feels very comfortable with her. She looks forward to every workout with Maddie even if she is tired and understands the effort involved. Maddie is talented with kids and engages her in a personal way to make the workout a positive experience. Maddie follows guidelines for strength training exercises adapted for children. She integrates Yoga stretches that have improved my daughter's flexibility. Maddie varies the routine and is very creative by going outside when the weather is good. Cardio can be outdoor uphill runs, obstacle courses, jump rope or other ways to make the workout interesting. The focus of the training has been the love of exercise and how it makes us feel good. My daughter has improved her strength, endurance and overall fitness. It has been a great experience for her.
My husband surprised me with at home personal training from Storm Fitness after I gave birth to our baby and it was one of the best presents I have ever received. Jessica listened to my needs and goals and paired me with Kate, who was awesome and knowledgeable and even entertained my 5 month old if she was cranky during the workouts! The sessions were great and I learned a lot and felt amazing. It was just what I needed to help me get back into the groove after having a baby.
I've just signed up for my second set of sessions with Lauren from Storm Fitness and am already noticing a difference! I love the convenience of in-home training, but really think the skill and personality of Storm Fitness trainers makes a huge difference. Lauren is a great combination of motivating and challenging. I look forward to my workouts, and my only complaint is that I can't afford to have her kick my butt daily!
Working with Lauren Abramson from Storm Fitness has been a game-changer for me! She is an all-around wonderful human being and fabulous trainer, and I've been working with her for years. First of all: I have seen great results in my personal fitness and strength, weight management, speed, and muscle tone all due to working with her. She is so skilled at being both fun, challenging, and positive all the time. I feel as if my workouts with her fly by: she's a delight to be with, and she always comes up with different, unique, creative, and challenging workouts tailored just for me. Fun example: I can do pull-ups now, sprint with good form, and lift challenging kettle-bells, and I feel great. She pays immaculate attention to form, too, so you will be getting the maximum benefits from your movements! In addition to this, I have seen Lauren train teens and youth, and she is immensely talented in working with them, as well. She has a great sense of humor, compassion, kindness, and personal charisma: she also is incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of her field. I have followed her nutritional advice and seen results.All in all, she's a true gem and she'd be a fabulous personal trainer for anyone of any age and any fitness level!
